Point B Delivery

The guy who showed up at my house was not a locksmith. He came in his own car (not company vehicle with tools and equipment). I had requested to have a door lock rekeyed, but he arrived with cheap replacement lock that he bought on the way. Then he tried to charge me an astronomical price. I got him to come down $100, but it turns out he hadnt even installed it properly and the door wouldnt stay shut! I called him repeatedly to return, but he just told me he was really busy, but hed take care of me. He never came back to do the job right. Today I called a reputable locksmith and got the job done exactly how I wanted for half the price. I thought I would save a few bucks by calling these guys and give business to a little guy, but I learned that wasnt the case. Hopefully others wont have to make the same mistake. Dont call these guys, just go with an established locksmith company and save yourself money and aggravation. (I strongly suspect the other reviews were submitted by people who most likely were paid a few bucks per review)
