Theres a man by the name of Tommy that seems to almost always be there, no matter what time of day you show up. He is he the first one to ask if you need help finding anything, and if you do...he knows exactly where to find what youre looking for, hes always beyond helpful, and ALWAYS smiling! Ill continue to always make this my first stop for anything hardware related because of him!

Discriminates against farmers. They refuse to give me tax exemption on Agricultural items the state doesn't require me to pay taxes on because I don't have a tax ID. State told me to just quit shopping here. I don't have this problem with NAPA, Tractor Supply, Orschelns, Heimanns, Agri Service, Golden Valley tractor, Fieldsman or J.F Gudde. Corporate doesn't follow up on fixing this. Just another reason I miss Caldwell County and don't really care for this wannabe 'small county town'.
