These people are FANTASTIC! I needed some keys for a toddler that wanted their own set of keys. I went in and made my need known. He gave me a ring of keys FOR FREE. No matter what my needs involving keys or locks are this family always cares for them in an incredibly dignified manner. They have cut keys for us. They have flipped locks for our home twice. They are fantastic and I appreciate them every time and the prices are always really reasonable and they do amazing work! Thank u again!

He laughed about making easy money... 60 bucks for 3 minutes work and there office is 4 blocks away from the house. But i did know upfront what i was being charged !! It was just way to much.

5 stars, there is no way you could be anything less. I appreciate your help and so close to your closing. Thank you for all of your help. Having my keys and such stolen was stressful, and then after being refused help at the Jeep dealership bc my Jeep arrived at 5:04 and not 5:00, I had no idea what was going to happen. You were welcoming and reassuring, making the end of this event better. St Joseph residents, remember to shop and support your local small businesses, they truly care while larger companies just dont.

Ive actually never given a review on anything. I felt obligated to after tonight. Todd went above and beyond to get a key made for my company car even during after hours, like this wayyy after hours. I stressed to him that it wasnt necessary but he insisted. Incredible customer service. If you have a problem with a lock, safe, or key GO TO SAVERINOS. These guys and Todd in particular are some of the most helpful dudes Ive ran into in saint joe.

Called, Mr Saverino answered and put a smile on my face before i had a chance to tell him i locked my keys in my truck. He came out within 15 minutes and unlocked the door within 5 seconds!!! Believe me if you are having as bad as a day as i am people like him just make life worth all the obstacles. Just a trucker passing through town

Ok these are the guys in town as far as knowledge, key making, safe cracking etc. Only complaint I have is I'm a younger guy, tattoos, etc. I wanted to buy a safe from them, I had cash in hand. Went in the store looked around and after 20min of standing in there being ignored (1 other customer, that came in AFTER me) I left. Don't judge a book by its cover, I had 1k cash in my pocket ready to buy but was ignored to help another customer that was there and another that came in after me. I could tell by the glances from the guy behind the counter he didn't think I was worth helping due to my age, tattoos, etc. May have been a fluke. Idk but that day they lost out on some business!
