Chris was awesome, my Mom had lost her keys to her car, and for two days she was stuck at home. The other locksmith with another establishment never showed up. Chris promised me he would take good care of my Mom. Being 3 hours away I was thankful and relieved that he could help her, and not take advantage of her. AC&R/Chris will be the one I call and refer to other friends and family. Thank you Chris!!!

Chris arrived when he said he would and was able to repair the ignition switch on our 2003 Honda Civic and program it for a fraction of what it was going to cost taking it in to the Honda dealer. He was also able to program my extra key fob that I had for my Dodge Journey saving me a trip and expensive bill at the Dodge dealership. I would definitely use AC and R Locksmith services again. Spoke with him, gave me a price, I agreed. He stated around 5 and nothing, wont even answer his phone so having car towed in to dealership. Poor customer service, no call courtesy call, and doesnt answer his phone now. Cannot recommend, better off to call someone reliable!!

September 16th 2019. With all these good reviews kind of makes me wonder what happened. He came out could make the key. Said he was gonna get a digital tool from his brother. Then next day no call no show no answe no response. I agree with the first review. Call someone else I guess. What a joke.

What a guy, he came after he was off work and made me a key from scratch. Key is sturdy and fits just like the one I lost. Also he was here in 10 minutes after I called!!

AC and R Locksmith Service came to my house and made me a key for my Cadillac for a fraction of the cost of what other locksmiths were quoting me. My key ended up having the tip broke off in the lock which he was not expecting. Chris had to take lock out to fix which required removing the door panel and a bunch of other stuff. He wasn't even phased by the challenge and didn't start asking for more money either. Job probably took twenty times longer than it should have and when I asked him how much at the end he said 'how about an extra twenty bucks'. Now that's great service! I highly recommend them!

Chris is amazing! I broke down 5 hours into a 9 hour trip. Called all around town and either no one could or would help until I called Chris. He showed up that day and had two keys made for my car in less than hour and for much less than the dealership or Dr. Locksmith (don't go there!!!) wanted to charge. Great guy, great job!

So he came out and 'tried' to make a key for my 06 sv650. Couldnt do it so he gave up and said he would come back tomorrow. Well i dont see how a 'professional' gives up and doesnt have the correct tools coming to a job. So i had someone else come and make me a key in 15 minutes the RIGHT WAY. Long story short he was doing it the old fashion way and from moving my lock on the back of my motorcycle to hard he broke the lock. Ive called him muliple times and left messages, and nothing back. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND HIM. Call someone else on google that actually knows what they're doing.
