Came to make keys for our car. The locks had been changed at some point. Charged us the full amount for him trying to make keys that would work. And then told us he didnt have the necessary tools to make it. And to contact AC&R lock and key. Charged us even though. He couldnt make the correct keys for the car.Update : he paid for the other company to fix. Stand up thing to do. Thank you

Kerry was very punctual and polite with my inquires about duplicating a sidewinder key and fob for my car. The price was very affordable and definitely one of the best bargains in the area if you're looking for sidewinder/laser-cut keys and fob programming. I was at his shop for about an hour, keys were made, fob was programmed and testing for them happened & things went without a hitch. I would definitely come back again if/when needed. Thanks!

Yep, saw the good reviews and contacted Kerry first. Glad I did, he showed up quickly and cut me 2 Lexus keys that require a special machine, which he has onboard. He hung out to make sure they worked - price was too low. Great service, great guy, trustworthy and timely. Will use again if needed!

7/27/19My kids microwaved my chipped key for my car, which completely fried it. Sent him a few simple texts with information he needed to make a new chipped key for me. Came all the way out to sparta, on a Saturday, and got my car running again! Huge life saver and cheaper than what the dealership was going to charge me. 5 stars all day! Very nice and very professional! Will always use this company from here on out!

Oct 2018: Called Kerry to rekey all the locks at our new house. He was able to come the same day and did a great job. Even made a trip to the hardware store to buy a brushed silver lock to match the one there previously. GREAT SERVICE at a GREAT PRICE. Will continue to refer friends to this company!Aug 2018: Accidentally locked the key inside our 1945 Lane cedar chest. Kerry at J&M was AMAZING. He spent time researching to find the correct key and when the first one didn't work, he made 4 others for me to try. One of those opened the chest and I was only charged for one key. He also saved me the expense of a house call to pick the lock. On a scale of 1-5, this business is a solid 10 stars. Highly recommended!!

Like an idiot and for the fourth time this month I managed to lock my keys in my car at the gas station after work. Two places didn't answer the phone, but this guy answered right away. Super friendly and got here in 20 minutes from across town. Very reasonably priced and quick to get my door open and get me back on the road. Thank you very much I will probably be a repeat customer haha

Very upset with my experience today. The guy was friendly on the phone and with my boyfriend, but did not feel comfortable with him completely taking my car apart. After about 45 mins of him just trying to get in my car, he started taking my entire ignition apart, for some reason he couldn't get the key from that then he started messing with my passenger lock, couldn't make a key from that, after he decided to try and do it with my trunk... Didn't work. So about 2 hours in I start to panic and call the GMC dealership and ask how much for a Saturn ion 2004 key and when they could have it. Guy tells me 28 bucks and he could have it cut in an hour. So I decided to tell the locksmith to please just put my car back together, lock me out idc but I just want him to stop because it's not worth the 85 dollars he's charging. I'm told he will still have a service charge of 45 bucks. So I'm pretty pissed at this point but tell him screw it I guess just keep trying since it will be about 85 bucks at this point anyways. He says he thinks he found a way. After 3 hours we finally get 2 keys, unfortunately they barely work on my driver door and he lost a bolt to it, passenger door won't unlock with the key and the lock doesn't respond to the button to lock it anymore, my trunk lock latch completely fell off so we now have to go through the back seat to access anything in there.( I have carseats so this is especially an inconvenience) my ignition case easily pops out now and wires are exposed like he didn't properly put it back on. We are heading back to Texas tonight or I'd be up there when they opened to speak to someone. Overall, very dissatisfied for the 85 bucks I paid and now have more damage to fix. I recommend just going to a dealership that knows what they're doing.
