Horrible service! My boyfriend came to this place to change a lock and they messed it up more, charged him $175 and after he told them its not fixed right, they asked for more money to fix it again!!!This is a rip off! And the guy was sarcastic nice! So we did not receive the service we asked for and our lock was messed up! When you pay this amount of money for a lock you need to make sure you provide the service you get paid for! He had to go to a different place and get the job done right, plus that the price was waaay cheaper!!We will never come back to this place, and we will never recommend it to ANYONE!

They did a great job on changing all the locks we brought in to 1 key but I was quoted on the phone that each lock would be $8.50. So we brought 7 locks in and they charged $70.00 which was $10.00 a lock. I even said I was quoted $8.50 and he said something was different about our locks. I said I was told as long as the old key fit in the cylinder they could be converted to 1 key.I had to do it because we had left our house open while we took the locks so we couldn't exactly run around pricing it out.

This place is awesome!! I had a incident happen where I ended up with one damaged key to one of my cars and only one key to the other. Called dealership they wanted $300 to program one key. Looked at review and went to these guys and they thoroughly explained what could be done, which was to replace both keys. Well to my surprise they were able to fix my damaged key and make another. So I ended up with 4 keys instead of 3 and it cost me the same price the dealer wanted for 1. I recommend this place to everyone.

I called ahead of time and they have a machine that manufactures new keys back to factory setting. He started it when I called to make sure it was ready for me when I arrived. He says it takes about 20 minutes to get warmed up so I didnt have to wait. They were quick, kind and professional. My original key had separated from the head, so he was able to get me a new key that is much more sturdy than the original. He confirmed what I had heard before - this is a common issue with Honda keys. They break off from the head.

Terrible. Stated that it would be $100.00 to sync and pair my key but did only one of that. When I came back to try and get my key chipped, this guy name Dominic said it will be 75 dollars. He also deactivated my push locks and wanting to charge me $40.00 for him to re-sync. I wouldnt be so upset if Dominic wouldnt tell me that he was going to shoot me if tried running away?!? All I asked was should I call in and pay by the phone and he got offended. Hopefully the first person Ive talk to respond back and understand my concerns.
