Took our 1999 Chevy Tahoe in for repair of a broken brake-line after no mechanic in Hermitage that we went to would touch it. Stauffer Auto had the solution for a fix at a very reasonable price, Brakes now work better than they did even before the line broke. They also did a courtesy oil change. We will be back again for sure.

Marlin did a great job working with my hectic schedule, into his business schedule. He completed an oil change, tire, rotation and balance. He did a great job, best this set of tires have been balanced!! Marlin made suggestions on how to keep them balanced. I returned the next week for new brakes and rotors. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I had my children in the car and we had the unfortunate luck of following one of their trucks and the driver felt the need to try and blind us with his work lights as he thought our brights were on and they weren't and the only way to get away from the lights was to pass him.
