Called at 5 with a very tricky mailbox lock problem, they were at my office in fifteen minutes. Got it open, made me replacement keys, this was all after hours and the price was extremely reasonable. Can't say enough good things about this company. I actually called another shop first - they put me off - just call these guys.

When you call they answer, 'Hello'. Not sure if I called the right number. I called at 11 am explaining that my ignition key was stuck and needed to be attended to. Was told they could come out before I left work at 4 pm. No show. Waited until 5. I called to reschedule for the next day but was promised someone was on their way. When I arrived at work the next day at 8 no one had been there. Called another service and had the work done within three hours. Should have checked Google reviews before I called them to begin with.

Man came to the house about 4 hrs later than he said he would be here. Discussed our wants and needs and made arrangements to return thr next afternoon to install the locks. He did not show. He did not call, this was a Friday, never heard from him again. I called him on Monday late afternoon to cancel the order. No explination for his not following through. WILL NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN!

I wish I would of heeded the one star reviews. Rude rude rude!! He acted offended I called at 7:30 a.m. & told me to come in to shop at 9 even though online advertises open at 7:30. Didn't listen at all to my needs, treated me like I was stupid. Did I mention he was rude?! Time to retire dude! Seriously, how does he get any business with his attitude? I called someone else that was kind & helpful!!

Was quoted $450, but they didnt include service, so after the job was done, they had an additional $200. Thats bad business. The installer was nice, but overall would not recommend anyone who sneaks in charges.

The man who answered my phone call at 7:19 pm on 11/26/18 is bias and misogynistic. He would not listen to me. I have done your recommendation and it did not work the first time. Rude. I will stick with a 5 star rated company instead. Thanks but no thanks for your help.

Only put one star because I have to. Terrible service, dropped my lock off at 10 was told it would be done by 4, at 6pm a different man told me they aren't going to do it that day so I got the run around all day and didn't even get my lock taken inside. Very dude very improfessional I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Asked to schedule a locksmith to get me into my car this evening with 6 hours notice. They weren't able to tell me if they even had someone working tonight, much less how much it would normally cost even though I told him my cars make and model. He then hung up on me. They were so unprepared it smacks of incompetence as much as unprofessionalism.

This guy is incredibly rude, and couldn't seem to be bothered with helping me at all. I got the feeling I was interrupting his lunch, and he cared more about that than doing business. His customer service is truly awful - go somewhere else.

Great folks at Alladin! They really know what they're doing. I locked myself out of my pickup TWICE in one day ...don't ask. Alladin was there to help both times, even after hours, and for a very reasonable cost. The next day I went down to have a spare made (with transponder chip), and he had it done in under 20 minutes. Again, great price on the key, and just a great experience.

My wife locked herself out of our suburban while I'm Billings and had all of our children with her. Called 2 other places with no answer. Called Alladin and they arrived to location super fast and had a great price!! Would recommend them to EVERYONE!!

Called about making a key and was informed it was no problem. Gave my phone number and was told the key would be done by the end of the day. I heard nothing back so I called the next morning and was told they forgot and they didn't know when they would get to it. Then he informed me to call another locksmith he was to busy. Not very good customer service never came through on what he said.

Terrible experience; incredibly rude. Got home after long travel day for out-of-state surgery and locked myself out of the house. Waited over an hour only to be insulted and left stranded locked out of my house as the grumpy old guy left in a huff when I said I did not want him to break the lock. Called a competitor and had exactly the opposite experience -- friendly, efficient and had me in my house in less than 15 minutes from the time he arrived.

I called this guy for help, because my dog locked me out of my apartment, and all he could do was call me a liar! I was stuck outside in a t-shirt, shorts, and socks. These guys used to be my go to lock smith, but not anymore. I've never been so insulted in my life.

Called him tonight at 5 til 6 (when it says they close). My car was broken into and the perpetrator ransacked the interior and stole the keys (they didn't find my wallet though). This fella informed me it would cost more due to being after hours. Definitely understandable, I charge more for overtime, too. He made it to my car in UNDER a half hour! On top of that, he was very empathetic to my story, asked about my kids after seeing the car seats, let me know it was common for perps to just toss keys as they left, then seemed to feel bad for having to charge me (I would have insisted anyway). Then, most impressively, he expressed sincere regret that he couldn't help me look around to try and find the keys. Super nice fella, I hope he knows how much I appreciate the help.
