I have been looking for a specific key for days and nobody seemed to have it. It was a file cabinet key and apparently it doesnt exist anywhere. Well I went in and it took her maybe 30 seconds to find my key and 1 minute to make me 4 copies. Super fast, very kind and has some pretty cute security dogs.

Called, made an appointment. They were 30 minutes late. The guy took one look at the lock and literally said and I quote, Shit.! Not exactly what I wanted to see'. He looked at me, said he couldn't do anything and said you owe me for a service call. Told him he didn't provide any service so I wasn't going to pay. Called his boss, she was rude and her profanity was like that of a drunk sailor.. Never again call these people.. Very poor business practices..!
