When I called to get my vehicle unlocked, I was quoted $35 which I thought was a great deal. Therefore, I didnt continue looking for another locksmith company. Once my car was unlocked I was told it was $75 which I was in shocked to hear since money is tight during this time. But oh well. Wont be calling this company again.

Friendly, professional, and efficient. Had to take one star away because the 1-2h ETA (on a Sunday, granted) turned into 6h, and I had to call for updates in the meanwhile. Would have liked to have been texted/called instead of having to call them.

I am living in a motel with my sister and her baby we don't have much money and every lock Smith I have called in the city has told me they would charge me over a $100 and we could not afford it and 402 lockout acomidated me more then any other lock Smith in the city I all out would prefer 402lockout the best lock Smith in Omaha Nebraska I hope more people can have the same polite and most decent lock Smith I have met

Just horrible. My car needed a fob on the back of its key so I called and wanted to see their prices. It started out fine but when he came out I was told a different price and the it just kept going up everytime I talked to someone or when they came out. My key only works to physically unlock the doors and start the car, but he said hed be back the next day with my key fob and to make sure the remote itself will work. He never bothered to call or come back. Ridiculous, why say youre coming back when youre not going to bother.

I call team bicos It was the first option when I search in line fast service but real high price I have use some others whit a better price check some other ones dont panic calling The first one make sure you asking how much they charge other ones charge $56 one time that I need a service and tis guys charged me $87 dollars just to unlock my door

Fast, easy, reasonably priced. Needed a new set of keys coded for my truck. They were able to come out in less than 30 minutes from when I called and programmed the two keys that came with my new ignition switch.

Nick was incredibly awesome!! I managed to accidentally lock my car and left the keys in a tiny pocket in the trunk. He showed up promptly and had the car unlocked within minutes. He stuck around climbing in my very small trunk to recover my keys, which was no east task- this took over an hour. His persistence paid off! So very thankful!!

UPDATED:. Within minutes of posting my review, my son was contacted by a representative from the company. My son was told a tech would arrive within a half hour. The tech arrived within the allotted time and apologized for the previous problems. He cut and programmed a key within twenty minutes of his arrival. The car was started and good to go. He used good customer service skills to make sure we were satisfied with his work and the company as a whole. While we had a rough start, the experience ended on a very good note.This place is very unprofessional and definitely not a 24 hour business! My son called on Friday evening, took several tries to even get a quote because the guy kept saying he had another call then would disconnect. Finally, get quote and ask for an ETA only to be told he can't do it that night. So make an appointment for 10AM Saturday morning. By 10:15, no one arrived or called, so my son called them. He was told he was busy and would call back in a couple minutes. 15 minutes later we called back again only to be told they can not come until sometime Monday morning.

Great place! Only had 1 key for my 1999 cobra and lots of places in town wanted me to buy there keys and not let me use the blanks I already had. 402 locksmith was able to cut and program them easily and with no problem. Highly recommend them for all chip key services and excellent prices
