1 star because I ended up getting the wrong fob sent to me... I was able to return it but it was a pain and ended up spending hundreds anyway because I had to pay someone to come out to program it. When it was the wrong fob I had to choose $100 service call or $230 total for an additional fob and programming so rather than wasting toe $100 I ended up getting screwed in the end by having to pay a huge markup for the fob and programming...Customer service was actually pretty good but if I got the right fob to begin with I would not have needed customer service.

I hardly every write reviews, but Keyless Entry Remote deserves a 5 star. The company that programmed the fobs today warned me over and over not to buy them on the web, but I took a chance and they programmed perfectly. I can not tell the difference between the original and the two they sent me. The cost at the dealer was going to be $400 each and the cost I paid to have program and the FOB's were $135 a piece. Less than worthless. Needed fob for 4 year old Nissan. These are all REFURBISHED fobs, not new OEM, a point that is not highlighted on their web site. Nissans of that year can't be programmed by owner (would be easy enough to also tell customers that). Auto locksmith said fob hadn't been wiped clean. Had to wait for their return label to be sent. They wouldn't send replacement until they physically received old fob, though they could see it was in transit day I sent it back. Then I got no notice replacement had shipped. Called once, said they just forgot to send notice, and it was on the way. Days later, still no fob, Called again, said it was being shipped. Got it several days later -- auto locksmith and dealership today both said fob is no good, for which I had to pay labor charge. Called to get refund. You guessed it -- wait for mailing label and they'll refund once they receive it (already 3 weeks from my initial order). Clerk on phone basically said 'tough luck - we'd be out of business if we didn't provide good product. And these are all OEM.' Yeah. Hurry and order, and maybe they can send you one of my fobs! (I should have checked the reviews before ordering: 24 good/ 18 bad. So your chances are still better than a coin flip that it might work for you.)

After i got my fob, the locksmith said the key wouldn't work because some companies order their keys from overseas. These places send in keys with blades that are too short or long. After paying for the cut and program, the key didn't even work because of this. I have to pay twice as much out of pocket to fix this problem, but I will be going through the locksmith instead of keyless entry remote inc from now on. On top of that, the customer service call nack function didn't work either. It seems this company has been sending out defective keys for a long time judging by the reviews. Shop safe folks

I rarely order anything on line for my vehicles, however, I thought I would take a chance with this company and im glad I did. I am absolutely satisfied with the remote that I purchased. It was used, which is what the site said it would be, and it was in excellent condition. The remote was delivered exactly when they said it would be. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I will definitely order from them again if the situation arises.

Says open till 6pm. Was there at 5:50 sign says open, someone inside but doors were locked. I like to keep my $$ local but will order 2 remotes online for $10 less than 1 from them...

ZERO stars is more accurate! I ordered their recommended FOB and it did NOT work, and they would not take it back! First, based on their website, I thought I would be able to program it myself. Only after purchasing did they explain that it had to be professionally programmed. Due to time and price of taking it to the dealer, I could not get to it right away. When I finally did, the dealer showed me that it would NOT WORK!I contacted their CS multiple times before I finally received a response stating they would not help me because it was past 60 days. They did not care that they had recommended and sent me something that does not work.I am truly disappointed and would recommend to STAY AWAY.

Edit: since my previous review, thanks to the help of the owner (per his comments below), I now have a remote that has the board I needed. Programmed up to my car just fine. Thank you to Keyless Entry Remote Inc for making this right. Note to buyers, inspect your own key carefully before purchasing!Well done, guys. Thank you. -----Bought a remote and it is not pairable with my car. I bought a remote for a lexus IS. I would strongly recommend NOT ordering your remote from Keyless Entry Remote Inc. Apparently the boards themselves have to have certain numbers matching. While the key model numbers are the same, since the board is not using the same frequency, the key is worthless for my car. I'm outside the 60 day window for a refund so I have a $130 paperweight. Huge bummer.

I don't think this company even deserves one star. Keyless Entry Remote Inc, (AKA 'Keyless Remote Fob,'} guarantees that their key fobs will work the same as your original ones. I bought a Nissan key fob from them for a 2013 Rogue. After receiving the item, I took it to the locksmith to have it cut and programmed. To my surprise, the keyfob didn't work. Naturally, I had already paid for cutting and programming, as I was confident that the company would resolve any problems based on their website's promises. I contacted their customer service via email. Their Customer Service representative, Amanda Viscovich, asked me to send the FCC ID located on my original fob, so I did. She replied that I had indeed ordered the correct key fob; she sent me a return address to which I should mail the purchased fob for an exchange, which I also did. After receiving their second key fob in the mail, I once again had it cut and programmed. I could not believe that it still wouldn't work! Do you know how much it costs to have one key cut and programmed, let alone TWO!? I was so frustrated I had no other recourse, but to email this company about the same problem YET AGAIN. The same person responded, (Amanda Viscovich). She said, 'IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THE REMOTE ISN'T THE CORRECT PART NUMBER THAT MATCHES WITH YOUR ORIGINAL. WERE YOU SURE TO MATCH UP THE PART NUMBERS IDENTICALLY?' I copied and pasted the email that she sent earlier about the first key fob, where she asked me to send the FCC ID or part number. Upon receipt of her own cut and pasted e-mail, her response to this was, 'IT SEEMS LIKE YOU ORDERED THE RIGHT KEY FOB.' These people constantly ask me to give them reviews the entire time this problem was, and still remains unresolved. Do they even read the e-mails before responding? She said, 'sorry,' and offered to exchange it for the SECOND time. I said, 'no, I'm not going to keep wasting my money.' In short, they refunded me the cost of the keyfob, but NOT the cost of TWICE cutting and programming a worthless product. After all this headache, I am no closer to obtaining what I wanted than the day before I unfortunately made contact with them. Steer far from this company.

I paid for 2 day shipping. Beware there is no way to track your order vendor. I called customer service on day 2 for confirmation that it will arrive today. The customer rep states 'oh I am sorry there is a problem , so most likely Monday'. No notification from about the delay the vendor. Asked them to overnight one and they can bill me and I will return for the original one when received. They don't have the ability to overnight either. How difficult can this get!

Years back ordered a remote from Keyless Entry and the price was great. Well, needed to order one a couple weeks ago but when I went back to the link I had saved, I found that they were currently out of stock. I was sad but made a phone call and the lady who took my call, said they get these kind of remotes back in stock all the time, that if I wanted to wait, they would email me when it was available. Or, I could have ordered it then for twice the money. I thought, what a great company that they would let me know when in stock, that they get it all the time and if I was patient, I would have it available to order in around two weeks. Well, it hasn't been two weeks and now I have my remote on the way. When I called again to verify part number, the lady again was very knowledgeable and assured me I was getting the correct key fob. She also stated that if it did not work or was incorrect, to contact them and they would send out a shipping label to return it for the correct one. How great is that. Truly impressed with both the customer service and handling of the order. This is the kind of company that does well and continues to enjoy repeat customers as I am. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this experience was horrible! I will keep this short as I have already wasted LOTS of time, energy, and patience with this company. Suffice it to say, inaccurate website matched key fob, company ordering the wrong key FOB, company unable to get reordered key FOB to program, etc., has led to great frustration. Jen the Manager, stated she would order a new one and call me... She never did (said she tried, but search of call history and review of voicemail indicates otherwise). Additionally, I requested the Manager call me to discuss multiple failures to obtain a key fob, which again failed to happen... I am a super easy customer and don't often leave any sort of negative reviews, but this was extremely POOR performance by the Omaha Keyless Entry Remote Company located on 7902 Davenport St. They provided nothing but constant excuses for their inability to communicate and execute the service they market.Russ Mammoser

I received two remotes, one worked, the other programmed normally, but the lock button did not work. I have contacted the company who said that because it fell outside of the 30 day guarantee were not willing to stand by the product. My dealer mentioned I should talk to them, but they were of no help. I had initially tried to program it myself and had ordered two, the first of which I was able to program with my wife's car, but because it took me some time to get to my dealer to trouble shoot this second one and it fell outside of the time period they were of absolutely no help. I do not think that they test these remotes appropriately and they do not stand by their product.

BUYER BEWARE...Should have read these reviews before purchasing 2 keyfobs for my Nissan Pathfinder. Try to get them programmed by dealership and they say they will not register. Past the 60 days because of life events. Just really disappointed that I paid for two keyfobs and programming and have two pieces of junk in my possession. And the website says they are OEM products.....for those out there thinking of purchasing these keyfobs think twice. Now I am out the additional money to the dealership on top of the key fobs purchased. And in reading your website it says you can go to a dealership.In reading other posts i think they sell you junk and if you find out within 30 days maybe they replace with good fob. Really livid that I have wasted time and money on this and still don't have the extra fobs that I need .

Ordered a 'OEM' (not sure if it actually is...looks slightly different) transponder key and battery for 2012 Ford. Several locksmiths warned me that it may not work, but I would still have to pay the fee. Took it to the dealership to program just to be safe. The dealership said it didn't work. I don't know who to believe, but several warnings from locksmiths was a red flag. Returning key and expect a refund, but what a waste of time and money (I have to pay for the return shipping and cost me hours of research and sitting at the dealership while they 'tried' to program it). ALSO, I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY FORD DEALERSHIP. I am 0 for 3 when having to deal with them. I'm not a complainer, just don't take BS lying down and want people to know my experience so we, as consumers, can make better decisions.

This is by far one of the best services a company can provide. Do not be fooled with other companies trying to execute in the same business model! Keyless Entry Remote Inc. has all your key fob needs and if they do not at that very moment be sure to fill out their form so you can get one. Buying from any other company would just be a mistake. They are 100% guarantee and their customer service is professional, nice! Don't get stuck with only one key fob for your car! The fees to get an emergency replacement will be much greater than the keys easily purchased here!

Keyless Entry Remote was able to provide a replacement key fob for my Honda Prelude quickly and the programming instructions were very easy to use. I would definitely recommend using their services to replace old or broken key fobs. Their prices are unbeatable!

I called them, double and triple checked if they had the key that I needed. They did. But what they didn't tell me is that dealerships would not program my key unless it came from the dealership itself. So I had to pay $110 to the dealership for nothing. I called keyless entry remote again, and they told me, 'Ohh you were supposed to go to one of our recommended locksmiths to get your key programmed.' Fine, at this point I was just a bit annoyed, but happy I got the key for cheaper, so I took down about 7 locksmiths that they had recommended, none of those locksmiths could do it. Maybe it was even negelgence on my behalf, but what it shows is that they're willing to risk other people's money. The woman on the phone told me that dealerships are known to do this, but she only told me after the fact, not before i purchased it. Just bad communication all around. Do better. I returned the key and they gave me a refund for the key but not for getting burned $110. I don't think they did this nefariously, but it just shows sub-par communication. I wouldn't use them again.

Customer service is a joke; left me on hold for over an hour before i left a voicemail and they took all day to call back. Keys wouldn't program at the dealership. Save your time and money and buy them some where else. Will never use them for anything again.

Keys listed on website are not compatible with cars they have listed. Unfortunately, I didn't get it programmed within a 30 day time period and they don't care that they are listing and selling inaccurate keys to customers so they refused a return. If you dare try to purchase a key from them, please try it within 30 days to get your money back.

I feel lucky to have found Keyless Entry Remote! My key fobs have been broken for two years. Now, I am having a baby and I really need the convenience of unlocking/locking my doors easily. The owner answered all of my questions and my problem was solved within minutes. Best part, it only cost me $30. They mail to the whole USA. I should have done this sooner. Thank you!!

bought a remote from them for my Chevy pickup. I gave them the correct OEM part number (in my 2001 pickup there are two part numbers for remotes that year. only one will work). They either sent me the wrong part, or it was a defective remote. It would not synch to my truck. A big surprise to me was that they sent me a USED keyless remote. Either their web site did not say, or I did not see that I was buying a used part. Anyway, they were nice about me sending the remote back to them for a refund.

Need a key fob!? This is the place to go! I got a replacement fob for my car and was in and out in 20 minutes. Professional staff and they program your fob on site so no driving here or there and way cheaper than the dealership hands down!
