Took a broken interior door lock to them and they were able to get it fixed on the spot and I was out of the shop in under 20 minutes. I can't speak for their mobile service, but the shop service was a snap.

I called to get them to come get me into my house after my son accidentally tripped the lock.I called at 8:05am and they said it would be 10:30am. Which is fine, because we are north of Omaha. They wanted to charge $139. I laughed, Hung up and called Carl Jarl. They were there by 8:50am and only charged me $65.Call Carl Jarl

This is an awful locksmith and an awful business they refused to cut the key for me which is a commercial key even though I am the owner of my own business. They needed me to leave get my own letterhead and write it on paper that I needed this key copied for my own business. Avoid this bad service.

This man was grossly rude to me when I went in with a blank key to get cut and programmed. I tried to ask how much it would be for to make me one but he refused and pointed at the door. I went to a different locksmith and they had me a new programmed key within minutes.
