If I could give no stars I would! I called to ask if I could have a lock smith come to my house. I asked what the price would be and the person I talked to said that the technician would tell me the price when he called to confirm he was on his way. A technician never called me. I waited for 45 minutes and called another company, since I didnt hear back. When I called All American Lock Smith to cancel they said that a technician was on his way. I told them that I never was informed that the technician was coming or the price. I did not agree to a service because I did not know the price. They tried to tell me that I had to pay for the the technician coming out that I never confirmed. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

This was quick and easy. The KeyMe kiosk was inside the local Bed Bath & Beyond, by the register. I had three house keys made for less than $11.00!
