They had a hide a key device that is hard to find. The owner was very informative on how to use it so that it wouldnt come off. I have been looking for this for three years. I have used them before with stellar results so I was thrilled to find a store that still carries it. Very nice man running the store too. Would highly recommend this store to others.

While travelling, wanted to find a replacement key for a older cartop carrier. Mr. Howell spent time trying to get a key to work, but was honest that the additional cost trying to use the old locks probably wouldn't be worth the labor needed, so i decided to wait and purchase new locks. He spent time and was honest even though he didn't make a sale.
