A real honest-to-god locksmith with a physical location where I could bring a special key to be copied. I had the correct blank already and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The other places I called are all just dispatch services for mobile locksmiths or lockout techs who charge extra for the convenience and urgency. Brick-and-mortar has its benefits in my opinion. I recommend American Lock & Key.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I got 3 copies of two different keys. I was surprised how affordable the key duplicates were. They even have these rubber things to put on the keys to help you tell which key belongs to what. The staff is very friendly.

American Lock & Key has very good price and professional job done ! My motorcycle key broken the other locksmith ( all city locksmith)make one charge $25 not work and come to my house check again make one charge $275???

A place to go for all your lock and security needs, Truly a professional business with much better service and prices then Lowes . I went to Lowes and they said it was a special key, went to America Locksmith and it wasnt, got my keys made for $2.00 bucks each by a professional.

They made me keys for my filing cabinet, without the original key, they had information about cabinet and made key from that. They also made key for my car that had chip in it, without costing me $150.00 for the key like dealship will.

Just had Robert from American Lock & Key come to my home for a service call. I had a floor safe I could not open. Before suggesting drilling, Robert tried less intrusive measures and it worked!!! He then serviced and lubed the lock and had me test it. Now the dial spins like new. Robert answered all my questions throughout and represented the company like a real professional. Thanks!!

Get a TOTAL price before they even come!I locked my keys in my car on the morning I needed to be at the airport and, American was the quickest that could come and open my car. He looked in my car for a minute and, quoted me $155. $155!!!!!!! I didn't have the time to argue with him so, I had him do it. He got my car open in a matter of minutes and, I would say his total time was not even 10 minutes.All said and done, I was charged $185 for 10 minutes of his time. Good work. HORRIBLE cost!

I had a door lock from the inside of the house to the garage that stuck - we were unable to turn the key or pull it out.I removed the lock and brought it to American Lock & Key - they removed the key, cleaned up with lock and things worked perfectly. They didn't charge to remove the key or clean the lock and even offered me a bottle of cold water!Very professional office and I will call them if I ever need lock services at my house. As a side note, I actually called another locksmith who I found on Google, they didn't have any technicians in the office and referred me to American Lock & Key!

Locked my keys in the car so shopped around and then called this place. They tell you 29.00 to show up and service starting from 19.00 so I figured 50.00 to 75.00 would be the max. And they offered me 10% off as new customer. Well the 19.00 turned into 95.00 and took less than a minute to open door. Total with Supposed 10% off was 135.00 So what services is 19.00??Should have paid the 29 and sent him on his way. ( would have at least saved $20)My opinion total rip off. He said he was giving me a break because he was late and its usually 175.00 and up plus the 29.00. Call someone who gives you an upfront price. Such As Pop a lock they charge 74.00 flat fee. My mistake for trying to go cheep.

Called all over town and got a lot of bad responses when I said my car key broke in half and I didn't have a spare. The young lady on the phone was nice informative and gave me an upfront price that was way cheaper than the others. Gonna head over in a few and get a new key to my car!

Came out to rekey safe lock and reset combination (I had lost the key). Difficult job cuz old safe. Did a great job (tech JH). Six months later, called because I was having trouble opening even though I knew the combination. Tech JH got on fone with me and talked me through. Would definitely recommend them,
