I called and spoke to Ezra, he was very helpful and answered all my questions. The pricing he gave me was not only cheaper than others I called but they re-keyed both my door locks for less than others quoted me to only do one. Albert is the one who came out. He was here right away, he replaced my mailbox lock then my doors. He was professional and not only did he check all the locks to make sure they work but he had me check them as well before he left. He was nice, polite, and very professional. I called them because of the reviews and good ratings. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a locksmith in Las Vegas. Im a very happy customer!

For everyone reading this review. I always go to businesses that are TRUSTWORTHY and not scamming. Most locksmith out there are shady, and tell you one price and at the end of the job, you end up owing way more. But with these peopleThey are VERY trustworthy, they are CERTIFIED. Directly with the government. I never new them, but I always go based off of reviews and they are SO well reviewed guess why? Because of theyre service. Truly exceptional speed, on point, delivery, timing, and professionalism. They came with the van directly from the company, NO shady thing, but all very professional. And besides all they are CERTIFIED. Not like all these other companies that are scammers, these guys are legit, and CERTIFIED by the government. Which is rare to find with these other locksmith companies Mike is amazing. I called them. They were very on point with scheduling and also great attention.Super recommended

Not only were they timely and professional, but went out of their way to understand The issues and complexities of the situation we were facing and the time constraints involved. Please do yourself a huge favor and call Silver State because they are licensed, they are the genuine article, and they are affordable. Great service!!! I forgot my house and car keys inside my house on a Sunday afternoon. I realized I had made this mistake when I was in my garage. From my cell phone I called my AAA roadside service and they referred me to Silverstate Locksmith. The owner arrived within 10 minutes and opened my house door in about 1 minute!!! He was honest and only charged me a low flat fee without complications nor embellishment of the true nature of the job!Very, very honest!!! I highly recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith!

We had a very uncomfortable time with these people. First I made an appointment for a Monday. A servicemen was sent on Friday, early. He left me a two nasty voicemails because they got the appointment wrong. I rescheduled for the Monday I had wanted. We didnt use their service and they made us pay a service fee of $55 for the man to stand there. We PAID them the fee. After leaving a review of our uncomfortable experience online, the owner/manager then called me on my personal cellphone from the business phone and left ANOTHER nasty voicemail. I have never experienced such poor customer service, like someone calling me from a review. Never using this service again & I have blocked the number. Just hoping they dont charge my card again or anything.

Update: Ezra, the owner, called and made it right. A technician came out immediately after he called me and got the job done. After, Ezra called me again to make sure it was right. The level of follow up was actually amazing as most places could not care less. I Well definitely use Silver State again in the future. Thank you!Made an appointment two days in advance for 10am and got a text confirmation for that exact time, not a window for (x) amount of hours. No contact from silver state and no one arrived at 10am. Contacted the company at 10:15am and asked if there was an updated ETA for arrival. Man on the phone stated he would call the locksmith and give me a call right back. I waited until 10:45am and called them back asking if there was any updates... Man on the phone stated he had spoken with the technician and that he has stated he was already at my residence. He was not. Again, man on the phone I spoke with stated he would call technician and see what was going on. I received a call 20 minutes later advising that it would be another 30 minutes or so until the technician arrived. Needless to say, I cancelled and asked them not to come. Silver state locksmith did not seem to know what was going on and Im certainly not trusting them to come and do anything for me. Im calling someone who can arrive on time and know what is going on.

I was locked out of my place and Mike showed up VERY quickly! He tried for 30 minutes or so to unlock the lock how it's normally done, but unfortunately it needed to be drilled in which he expressed he didn't want to use unless absolutely necessary! The prices were more than fair and he definitely goes above and beyond! He is a great guy who is friendly and has good conversation! For the time he was here it felt like it wasn't even that long to be honest. 6 stars out of 5 will recommend to any and everyone I know and will use him and his company again if I'm ever locked out of anything ever again!

Ezra (the owner) came out and did a fantastic job re-keying/re-programming an existing Schlage electrical keypad lock along with installing a new one on my other door at my new house. He even took the time to show me how the locks work, how to reprogram the codes on the locks (if I ever wanted to), along with making me a few extra keys. You can tell that Ezra cares about the customer along with their safety in their home. I will definitely be recommending his services to family and friends here in Las Vegas.
