We called this locksmith to fix a broken lock on the front door of our business. They failed to mention the $65 trip fee when we called to schedule and would not remove it from the invoice because they said it's on the website, which it's not. They told us it would be $120 for them to diagnose the issue, which we approved (not knowing about the $65 trip fee at this point). We had the same issue on a different door and had been charged about $350 for repair, so we were expecting something close to that. After diagnosing the problem, they quoted us $850 and when we mentioned that another locksmith had fixed the same issue on a different door for around $300, the guy said he could fix it for $300, but no guarantees it would work (i.e. a temporary fix). The guy was very rude. Even if he was right about what needed to be done, I will never use this company again just based on this guy's unprofessional and unfriendly behavior and their lack of communication regarding their pricing. Another locksmith came out and fixed for under $400 and said that parts that were recommended to be replaced by this guy were not needing to be replaced.
