UPDATE: The owner Michelle just called me and rectified the situation. It was a misunderstanding with the front desk staff and they're sending someone to fix the lock. I appreciate the call and happy with the customer service here. These guys came out and rekeyed my house after I purchased it in March. They didn't install it correctly (missing screws) so they had to come back out and fix it a couple weeks later. Now, three months later, the lock has completely stopped working and they refused to fix it. Go elsewhere.

I was in a situation (personal) and needed immediate help not only did they not charge me but they delivered my key. Friendly & helpful I wanted a glass top for my table. I called several places and got quotes from $98 to $400 for the same piece of glass. ABC was the cheapest by $50 over the next Company. I am picking it up myself.

Will not use this company again! Had fireplace glass replaced in April 2018. Began using fireplace winter, 2018 and glass cracked in December. One solid crack from top middle, to outside of glass. Our prior use of the fireplace had been 6.5 years without any issues. Seems to me the quality of glass they used was not sufficient for the job. As well, Customer service from start to finish was extremely poor.DO NOT RECOMMEND!In response to your response:I understand there are many factors that could contribute to the glass cracking. I can guarantee a log did not hit the glass to make it crack. The original break (back in April) was due to us. However, after we had it replaced by your company, there was no 'cause' that should have made it crack the way it did. No, your office did not try to offer a discount of any kind to try and replace the glass. A simple 'you can bring it in and we can see what we can do' does not sound like an offer worth my time. I also sent a picture of the glass on my initial contact to your company so the damage could be seen.

My husband's windshield was pretty much demolished with all the road pebbles and debris from working construction. We called ABC and they had it ordered and put in in less than a week. That was at least 3 years ago and no problems whatsoever. The staff is awesome !

Great prices and personal service. Had to order a key fob which took about 4-5 days to arrive. They called me immediately and got me right in to program it. I've been here previously for an odd key for a toolbox that no other locksmith could help with. They helped me and I was out the door with my new key quickly and without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

So I just called the office of ABC to look for a window for my house that my kid broke and I didnt expect anyone to answer cause of the holiday. But it was an urgent call I had to do and I was so pleased that some one answered. The customer service rep was an idiot. I asked if they can cut a piece of glass and he rudely answered back' well is your office open right now cause his office is as good as mine' we are closed!'

service call for keys made in my ignition dash two employees came out . Struggled to get my ignition released after spending significant amount of time.The two determined they could not get it released so they would need to drill it out and put a new ignition in. I explained I could have drilled it out my self and put a ignition in if that was the case , but I wanted the original ect so I called a lock smith company for somebody who deals with locks. Then One of the individuals pleaded with me saying if I drill it out wrong ect it could damage more. After much unnecessary stress I said what the heck you guys are all-ready here so lets get it done . One of them ran down to the closest parts store and picked up 11$ ignition as I waited with the other individual.upon return they drilled out my ignition and then failed to put the new one correctly back in. They apologized and tried to release the new one back out. After another hour spent they Finally got the new one released back out and put it back in now correctly.i was charged 100$ for a service call and a ignition . This is unacceptable. the car fires up no problem but once I release my finger from the key immediately turns off. After further review my ignition was put in incorrectly or damaged when they put it in wrong the first time . I will be making complaint with the bbb ect. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! THIS HAS called me Unnecessary STRESS these are back yard lock smiths ! Not happy now I will have to call someone else do to the job correctly!

If I could do no stars I would. Absolutely the rudest tech I have ever dealt with. Called the office for a resolution and got none. Was told when we re-keyed our office that they keep a master at their location. Called to get that and they state they never had it. When our owner went in to get duplicate keys made he was told that the guy that used to keep them left the company and they didn't know where any of the keys are. Hmmm which is it. Will never use again.

Had someone come out and quote some rekeys. Guy was nice, he seemed to know what he was talking about, and even offered to fix a small broken window on one of my doors... I was happy I picked this place. THEN, it all went downhill from there. I ended up having to wait 2 weeks before I could get my appointment, I had to do all the follow-ups. Ok, I'm a patient guy. The day the tech was scheduled, I was at work but my 18 yr old son was home. He text me when the tech pulled up to the curb, and the tech never left his vehicle. He sat in his truck for 1 hour, then left. I called immediately after my son informed he that he drove away and the gal who answered my call said the tech was knocking on my door and trying to call me. I never once got a call, and my son was standing at the front door the whole time, and the tech never left his vehicle. I told the gal this, she put me on hold, and came back with the same story that the tech was banging on my door and nobody answered. I told her that if he came clean about his BS story, it's all ok, but I don't want a liar working on my house. She asked if I had made a deposit, I said no, she then said to call a different company and hung up on me.

Needed a laminate glass for a display case called to set up an appt. They came out measured, the owner seemed real friendly. Called back the next day to give me a quote at $540 for a $300 display case. So I called around and got quotes between $240 and $320. Wow what a mark up.
