Kinda Rude....Just Lazy & Greedy...I asked about getting a safe open..Wanted to charge $130 to destroy it , just to get it open....I called safe company...Paid $35 dollars for a master reset code...I got it open and it works great...

Wonderful man who owns this place he give good old fashion customer service. Made me a key that works every time my keys were lost and he did not have a key to cut one from had to make it did it in no time. The cost was very reasonable. If you have a lock issue I would check this place first.

The staff at the store is very courteous and knowledgeable. When the tech arrived he explained everything as he went along, being very thorough and answering my questions as well. Even though my problem was beyond repair the tech kept at it until he exhausted all his options. Gave me great advice about my problem with the trucks cluster and he left (didnt charge me for the service call). Very pleased with their service.

My wife went to get a key redone at this business and they could not get done correctly and they still charged her fifty dollars for them trying to do it . don't ever do business with this company . How do you stay in business treating people this way .

Called in for service and they came on the same day. The prices are very competitive and the service is excellent, Mark was the Technician that came and he is a super nice and respectful man. Called about 3 different companies in town and I did find a cheaper service price by $10 difference but the reviews were not really great. Overall , this was great quick service and you can tell the employees are happy. Recommend this company for residential, business and cars.

The guy who answered the phone said he would be there in 30-45 minutes. He was here in less than 20 minutes. Mark, the same guy who answered my call, greeted me with a great smile and was friendly throughout his service. Mark is a bonafide Lock and Key Wizard with a Level 100 Locksmithing skill set. By his third trick, Mark had my door opened and I was much relieved, especially since I had wrongly envisioned a very long and pricey locksmith experience. The price was fair and exactly what he quoted me on the phone. He was able to take my credit card and he amicably wished me well. The whole experience lasted about 40 minutes total. That's insane. Well, that's Reno Sparks Lock & Safe. Thanks again, Mark!

This is the best place in town to get your keys made for ANYTHING! I have multiple rental properties so I need a lot of keys. The people who work here are super friendly, AND the keys always work -- unlike the keys I've had made at the big box stores. A few years ago they helped me locate an odd-sized skeleton key for my basement. Then last week, I took my husband in with me and he inquired about keys for his 1967 Pontiac Firebird and they not only had keys that worked, but had the locksets for the trunk and glovebox. They even stayed late to show us the advantages of changing our safe entry from a turn dial to a push button locking system! Talk about bending over backwards for the customers. Thanks guys!
