Fast and super friendly. Managed to get a call out in under an hour. Was pleasantly surprised to be given not 1, but 2 key copies AND a free duplicate made if needed later, all included in the price. Danny was professional and easy to work with, even let me know that he started up the car with the new keys no problem, but that it looked like I may need some gas.... Alpine Lock and Key Inc are a must go to if you're in need of a key/lock. I strongly recommend them. Their staff is very nice and easy to get along with. The prices they have are the best around town, I had called a few other places like Andys lock and key for quotes. Their staff were awfully rude and manager as well, not to mention their quotes, they're outrages! I will most definitely go to Alpine lock if needed in the future. Jeromi was the guy that helped me out, he worked in 90 degree weather with the burning sun out! He did such a great job and answered all the questions I had, very nice guy. He worked on my 1986 BMW 325e, needed a key for my ignition, trunk, door locks, and glove compartment. Thank you guys so much for the work!

My daughter recently purchased a new car that only came with one remote head key. We made a couple of phone calls and found the cheapest place was Alpine Lock and Key. These keys can run well over $500. Gone are the days that a locksmith would come to your car. Gone are the days were any key you had could be cut at a small kiosk or the closest general store. Alpine lock and key is off Ryland. The store has a large variety of key items, remotes, chains, along with a large inventory of gun and jewelry safes. The guys who work here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service seems to be their number one priority. I talked with the gentleman who was making our remote head key. We talked about how in the old days my dad would do business on your word and a handshake. He said that is how it should be. My husband asked about how many remote head keys you could have. They looked the information up and gave us the answer. My husband had a couple of other questions to which they looked up and made sure that the information they were giving was accurate. How awesome is that.After cutting the key another gentleman grab some cable electronic looking device to take the new remote head key out to program. As you can tell this was not your average key and not your average service. When the guy came back he asked if we needed anything else.Sure wish I had gotten their names as they were all so kind and polite.

Alpine has great communication-either via phone, email or text. They are prompt and courteous on the phone for scheduling as well as their technicians. They also helped advise me on which electronic lock to purchase prior to an appointment. At the first appointment, Danny answered our questions, explained a door entry lock 'system' I had never figured out on a commercial building and was overall fast and efficient. Had a second residential install appointment with James the following day. James also provided superior service: efficient, knowledgeable and imparted me with the appropriate information and documentation to maintain the new electronic lock. He also solved a door latching problem (that I happened to just discover) right on the spot! Alpine Lock & Key will continue to be our 'go-to' locksmith.

We locked an office key inside an office in our building. Called Alpine at 8:35 AM, we were quoted $65 and told someone would arrive between 9 and 10 AM. Larry arrived just 20 minutes later, before 9 AM! He was incredibly quick, polite and professional. He let me know that our front doors (not the lock in question) are 'smart locks' and essentially impossible to pick. He suggested we take a photo of the keys, just in case we lock ourselves out of those doors and told us that Alpine would always be able to recreate those keys from the photo. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the appropriate knowledge and got our door unlocked in less than 2 minutes. I would suggest this company to anyone who needs a locksmith. The whole service including the key and an emergency key saved me money from what the dealership would have charged. And they come to you so you dont have to tow your vehicle to the dealership.
