Boyfriend locked the keys in the car. We were at Famous Smoke Shop luckily I asked Sean if he knew anyone in the area who could help us out. Kindly assisted us and called Bill who came within 20 minutes or so. Got the job done quickly and since we called after hours helped us with an affordable price. Bill was very nice and got straight to work. Highly recommend!

I went down today to get some keys made. it shows he is open from 10-2 on Saturday. the door is locked. There is a note on the door that due to illness he has to split time between road calls and store. He leaves a number to call. I call it to see if he will be back in the store before 2. When I ask, we are closed today. I state that the hours say 10-2. He than starts saying, dont I deserve a day off we are closed. He was very rude. If he was closed, he should have put a sign on the door. This way no one would call him on his 'day off.' wouldnt go there at all if the key I needed didnt come from him and you cant seem to get copies made anywhere else when you get a key from them.

I was locked out of my car this morning at a vacant lot in Asbury, directions were near impossible to give and I had called 4 other companies (my car dealer, roadside assistance, a towing company, and another locksmith) none of whom could provide assistance. The lock doctor answered the phone immediately and put someone on the road right away. Within 30 minutes they were at my car ands within 45 minutes I was on the road. Great service! Hopefully this will never happens again but if it does they will be my first call. Thanks again!
