Second time they have been out to my business, definitely not the last time as we are adding to our building. The owner Tim gave me the best locksmith service I've ever had! I wouldn't recommend anyone else after dealing with them. Prices were fair and service was second to none. The first locksmith I ever called by the name of Josh completely ripped us off. These guys are super awesome! I needed my new house secured, these guys did an amazing job for me. They aren't the cheapest or the most expensive, right in the middle but the work they did was incredible. They talked me though exactly what I needed. They installed Electronic deadbolts and did a bunch or rekeys. I can't express how great they treated me. 10 Stars

I needed a second key made for my vehicle. I chased these guys for months and months, trying to get this done. Called many times, they answered and promised to call me back, then never did. Finally I called and they said they had the key, come by so they can program it. Spent quite a bit of time there while they tried and failed. Said they key was a dud and they had to order a new one. Went home, continuted to call and call to ask if it was received, again blown off and no call-back. Found out later from someone else they were matching on the key housing model number, not the circuit board inside and that's why it likely failed. Finally gave up waiting for them to call me and wasting my time trying to reach them and went elsewhere. Got the key made with no hassle and less expense.

I was locked out of my car and like called these guys to come get me back in. They were cheaper than like anyone else, came fast and it seemed fine after they left. A week later it rained real hard and like water would leak into my car. My boyfriend helped bend the door back into shape but we noticed a lot of rusty scratches on the door. I took my car to gerber collision & auto repair to fix my door and they charged me just under 2500 dollars to repair the rust damage and repaint my door frame. I definitely do not recommend this service. Unrelated to the actual service, but the guy smelled had no teeth and looked at me funny. Im a 22 year old girl and the way he looked at me made me feel very uncomfortable.

I see all these good reviews and I'm so confused. this is the first review I have ever taken the time to leave for a business. My 2 year old and I were locked out of our new apartment at 9 at night with an open truckload of my belongings to be moved into my apartment. I called several times, only to be told a tech would call me directly, yet no one ever did. and all i got from the answering service was that 'they didn't know why they weren't calling me' . I am STILL locked out of my apartment and this is 1130 the NEXT day. I finally have another business coming to let me in. Terrible.
