Joe was great! I had a locked, with no key, garage door, and he tried diligently to pick the lock, before suggesting the only thing that could be done was drill the old lock out. He did that, and came up with an innovative solution to prevent the door from locking again. I felt his price was well worth the effort he put in, and would use his services again should something of that nature go wrong again. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks Joe! Ron (Joe even climbed over a wall of my junk 'stored' at the back door entrance to the garage to work on the door from the inside - beyond the call of duty! Thank you for that, Joe)
