Love this place. Best thing that has happened in Eldorado for many years. Very helpful staff. As soon as you walk in, they will offer to help. Lately, they have had just the small parts, that l was looking for. The store is full of nuggets!

Bought a product online and when received it was the wrong size. They didn't care just blamed it on Amazon, saying they don't create their own listing. That may be true but they absolutely did not care about making it right. Offered no help what so ever. Worst customer service I've experienced from an online seller yet. Don't bother buying from them online or in person.

I am astonished by these positive reviews. This is a pathetic example of a hardware store. Filthy, aisles clogged, serious lack of product knowledge of staff (regardless of how well they chit chat) I have given this store plenty of opportunity to step up to the plate but they continue to fail. I miss the old Country Store,at least they were organized and knew their products. From now on I will make the trek into town to one of the big boxes, Ace, or a REAL TRUE VALUE hardware store - Big Jo's! I'm done
