This is a great local hardware store. I have gone a few times for different reasons and have always gotten great service and found what I needed. I went to buy something once, went to get keys copied, and most recently locked all of my keys in my car and needed a locksmith. They are always very knowledgeable, competent, fast, and reliable. On top of that, they are actually just really really nice and friendly people, which might not be the top thing people are looking for from a hardware and locksmith store, but for me it is the something extra that makes me go here over other places in the general area! Really can't recommend this place enough and feel like this store has helped me out in a pickle on multiple occasions.

Only local hardware store walking distance from my job. This place is a lifesaver has a great selection on small handy stuff you might need. Very friendly and helpful staff willing to walk you around and help as much as possible

Disgusting and rude service. Since the moment I arrived to the store the guy had very bad attitude and he was very rude, I asked him if I can make rekey to 2 different locks and he told me its cant be done because my lock is cheap. He tried to charge me 95$ for door knob. I went to other store near by and I paid 10$ for rekey. I will never go there again.

Went there several times, had to pick different tools and materials for an installation project. The owner and their assistant were very friendly and helpful, and if they didn't have some specific thing, they brainstormed to think of an alternative, or recommended where to find it. Overall it's a convenient store in an area with no hardware stores, so it is super useful, and they do have a lot of necessary things in stock.

This place was wonderful!! I was greeted by a very kind gentlemen who I havent seen there before so he must be new I didnt catch his name but he was very helpful, knew exactly what I needed when I described what I was trying to do. Pretty sure I bought the most expensive tape measure in the world here, but they made keys here super quick and they all worked perfect (can't take that for granted). All of the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, but definitely a boutique hardware store, if that's a thing.

Useless as a locksmith. Skip this place entirely and go to the locksmith kiosk at the Rite Aid on Manhattan Ave. It sounds ridiculous, but they copy and save your keys (finger print protected) in case you lose them again.
