Kevin from Williamsburg locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my call.. the jammed lock removal on my door ,coupled with top & bottom bars had to be replaced entirely. The job got exponentially more difficult.He worked over 2 hrs removing the bolted locks .& then had to basically reconstruct the door, which took another 2.5 hrs . Great attention was placed upon keeping the door in pristine condition. A coworker also arrived with needed parts. It was a long day into evening! Most importantly a successful & well done job!!All throughout the job they were pleasant, efficient, calm , & explained every step , as well as guarantee their work.Very conscientious about cleaning up afterwards as well ! I highly recommend this company!
