Very happy with this company. Fast and friendly service. They quoted us a 20 min wait time when we called, which in my opinion is super fast. The locksmith showed up with a mask and put on a new pair of gloves before touching our door handle. He kept his distance the whole time, even when taking our payment. In the age of Covid, that sort of thoughtfulness goes a long way.

At 7am, when leaving for work, of course my front door would not lock. Saw all the positive reviews and called Leo. He answered right away and was honestly at my house within 10 minutes. Great service, after a bad experience with another company on the phone trying to get an estimate, and after reading a warning article about lockout services, I found this place.Leo answered right away, and he locksmith was at my apartment within 20 minutes. I received an actual quote, which is exactly what they charged me for. Best price I have found so far. I know price can vary based on what kind of lock you have and if it's business or after hours. Very fair rate! He had it unlocked in five minutes, ran my card, and was done with the job in 10 minutes. So pleased with the service. The technician was kind, competent, and honest.

My boss was coming for an important meeting and it wasnt looking good. Mike came quickly and unlocked the door for me and even took the key and duplicated it. Also, got other quotes later, but also higher price.The technician got here within 15 min, again pleasantly surprised. My lock was not easy to work on, he was all sweaty after working on it for a while, but he was still so patient, friendly and consideration.He finally opened the door for me, I was able to got to my appointment on time. My kids and husband wanted to camp outside our backyard. We grabbed all of our stuff and went Camping, at 12 am I realized I left my stove on a low flame and so I needed to get back in the house right away, then I noticed that my door is locked and I didnt take my keys with me.Woke my husband up to try and find a way in but there was no way in. we had to call a locksmith right away! Downtown locksmith was the only one that answered our call and arrived in 15 minutes. They then opened our door quickly and only after they made sure that everything is ok they left. These people are so patient and kind! I was trying to open my door with my key. It always gets jammed so i was forcing it to open using all my strength. I ended up breaking my key in half but the other half was stuck in the lock. I ended up calling Downtown Locksmith and they showed up in less than 15 minutes. Recently bought a house and due to some error that our contractor our locks were broken and needed repair or replacements. I have 3 doors on my first floor, 1 outside door to the basement and 1 door to my balcony all needed lock repairs. Long story short I contacted them and they were so nice and so pleasant to speak with. My appointment was for Monday at 9 am and they appeared 5 minutes early.
