I called Leo because I needed a lock installed. I had tried to install a Nest x Yale lock myself but I have a metal door so I didn't know how to install the deadbolt with enough room to close the door. Leo was able to make time for me in the same day I called and completed the job professionally. When he quotes a time, he lets you know if he may be late. And if so, he will call with an updated time. I never felt unsure if he would show up. He kept me posted on his whereabouts. He's a great guy! Responsible. I'm very happy with the service. The price is also reasonable.I will definitely call him again for help.
