They are a reliable, professional, family oriented business.They gave me a great price and timely service even though we're in the middle of a pandemic. While the other locksmiths were trying to haggle and over charge me, Paragon gave me a fair and honest quote. When the locksmith arrived at my home, The job required a bit more work than anticipated and he didn't even charge me. He was super friendly, quick, clean and efficient He even refused my tip which he definitely deserved ,I'm definitely a satisfied customer and will call them again if need be. If you need work done, I definitely suggest Paragon Security& Locksmith.

inconsiderate of they neighborhood where they do business.Parked in bike lane forcing people, including old people and little kids, to swerve dangerously in to traffic, just because theyre too lazy to look for parking. And selfish enough to put someone else in danger to save themselves some trouble.Bad people.

Paragon is the best! I arrived home late last Wednesday and realized I had left my key inside and didnt have a spare. It was 10pm at night, and I needed to get in. I called Paragon, and they sent somebody over in 20 minutes.Shir, the employee they sent over, was very knowledgeable on the issue and was able to unlock and open the door within 5 minutes of arriving. Even better, he did it with a smile and was so kind throughout!If you ever need a locksmith, look no further than Paragon!

Yesterday I lost my keys. Unfortunately, I used a different locksmith who sent a tech that drilled my lock for over an hour, did a lot of damage to the lock, and was unable to gain access to my apartment. I was stressed, late to work, and I had to sleep out last night. Today I went to Paragon and what a different experience. Ramiro who works at the actual shop was attentive and reassuring; he promised to send a capable locksmith to help me and he delivered on his promise. Shir is the locksmith, I think he is amazing. He arrived promptly and within 10 minutes had gained access to my apartment. He is friendly and skillful. If you ever have any lock related issue, call Paragon and ask for Shir to be your technician. I am a satisfied customer and you will be too.

Got locked out of my apartment which I know from the management, has a very secure lock, there was no way I could pick it. I googled Locksmith companies in the city and saw paragons great reviews. Called the company and they sent over a technician named Sunny. He was at my apartment door in 15mn! These guys are amazing! We have been having major issues with the front door to our business and they were not getting fixed. The lock on our outside display window was busted and it took us a while to find a reliable locksmith to fix it. On a recommendation from our super, we contacted Paragon, which is just up the street. Their technician, Tal, came by in less than an hour and fixed it with no problem in about 30 minutes. He gave us a quote ahead of time and was quick and polite. What more can I say? Thanks!
