Spent all morning looking for my car because the driver failed to report the tow is my vehicle to the police. Told they email the police department. The police department has no email. I have worked for my family owned repo and towing company since I was 13. I know for a fact you have to let the customer know the vehicle is being towed giving them a chance to pay at that time and you must stop at the local police department and make them aware the car had been taken so the owner does not the ink the car has been stolen. Poor customer service. Then I was told theres a whole process to the car being released. Our company take the money from the own of the vehicle and releases it or the owner just goes to the bank and pays whats due beings they paperwork and the car is released within in a few hours. Here they tell you at least 24 hours. Not to mention theres a pandemic going on and payments have been suspended for many many things. But we wont even go there.

We are committed to professional service in all aspects of our operation. We always treat everyone with dignity and respect. With the understanding that we are a repossession firm sometimes we come across debtors who are upset with a lot of things in their life. We don't believe anyone buys a car with the intention of having it repossessed. Occasionally, not very often we have someone no matter how we try to accommodate them they feel the need to vent on public posts. We take them with a professional grain of salt. Our 17 years of outstanding reputation speaks for its self. With the above said we have a zero tolerance policy for belligerent behavior over the phone or in person to our office staff.

This company damages my car so when I call to talk to someone about it the rude man gets on the phone and instantly gives me attitude calling me out of my name. Never have I ever been so disrespected by a business. I was hung up on numerous time for trying to explain myself. So now I will call a lawyer and take my damages to court. Try to be civil and solve it the adult way but some child who works there made it this way. Careful if your car gets repod by these people. They will damage your property and blame you for it.

Extremely rude!!! made my payments flatbed shows up telling me what i did and did not do. Sat in his truck well i froze no shoes no coat its 30 degrees out. My breakfast for the family was burning. Then they just drive off. Obviously they did not read there work order and do there job. I spent 30 min or so dealing with all this. My lender said they should not be there. Not even a apology from the workers thy just drove off with out saying a word. I would never recommend them i would hope my lender would seek a better repo company. They need to read all there paperpape before they tell me off.

Came to my house looking for the old owner. I informed them that he no longer lived here. They immediately gave me attitude and told me i was lying and i told them that now they are trespassing and need to leave. I was then cussed at and told that they werent going anywhere. I called the sherriff's and had them come out and filed a complaint. I don't care what the job is, you don't respond that way. Now if they even park near my house some one will be arrested per the sheriff's department.

I hope my first experience with this company is my last.. Unfortunately my car was repo'd.. This company had my car for only about a week and by the time I got there to retrieve my personal belongings some items were missing.. IF YOUR GONNA CHARGE PPL FOR STORAGE, MAKE SURE UR EMPLOYEES ARE STORING AND NOT STEALING!! THEIFS! I WILL BE CALLING THE OWNER TO REPORT MY SITUATION ASAP!

Staff were nice. But very unorganized. They said my car was ready for pickup at 9 am got there at 11 and had to wait til 130 for it to be ready for me.

Worst company ever to communicate with & work with. While trying to set up pick up for transport to the Broker, they did not note any conversation between us & very rudely hung up the phone. Then required proof of workers comp after having full coverage insurance on said transporter/s. This business is VERY sketchy & I would NOT trust them.

MY VEHICLE THAT I COULD NOT AFFORD WAS REPOSSESSED WHICH I UNDERSTAND WAS NOT THEIR FAULT NOR WAS THEIR PROBLEM. I WOULD HOPE THO THAT A PLACE OF BUSINESS THAT DOES THIS TYPE OF WORK WOULD HAVE MORE OF A PROFESSIONAL CURTSY TO AT LEAST CALL BEFORE THEY THROW OUT YOUR BELONGINGS.

Owner was very unprofessional. Took pictures of myself & my daughter (creepy) on the playground before identifying himself. Said in front of my daughter he would laugh at me in court & I would go to jail (which is untrue) while my daughter cried... Should be ashamed of himself. ( & I never had to go to court, resolved issue with debt)

I understand its never a pleasant experience to have your vehicle repossessed. When people are respectful the staff at BG Lenders are very accommodating. They are professional & helpful. Many of the angry reviewers dont understand that when you call up yelling, swearing & demanding you arent going to be anyones top priority. Look around, this is a nice facility & your vehicle & possessions are safe until you come to claim them.

Bad customer service and money stealers, I called this company because when I can it was closed. THIS COMPANY they told me they will charge me only from the day they repo the car to the day I fixed the repo debt. But when I came back from the weekend and holiday days they are closed This company was charging all does days, they did not even noted my conversation I did with them.Very rude people and only care about taking your money doesn't matter your situation.
