This shop is excellent in every way you could think off on time friendly so My car went into a lock mode and most people and locksmith shop told me I needed to go to the dealership to get this lock mode off I tried few locksmith than came to me and tied and nothing they even wanted to charge me also for not getting my car started so I had enough of this so I ran into a locksmith boot on richmond Av he told me I have someone for u and I was like o boy another one that will try to make some money for no service so I was like this will be the last one Ill try if nothing Ill have to tow this car to the dealership witch probably will cost me for towing and than who knows how long I will have to wait at a dealership they are always extremely busy so anyway this locksmith came to me tried his equipment and nothing worked than he said I will go to the shop and come back and he did 4 times back and forth and the last time he came he got it going was so happy I will recommend this locksmith to whoever I know excellent work and prices u wont regret him thank u again for saving me money and towing and headaches and time

Great staff and they will work with you. Had a guy named Mike help me out with my Nissan Altima key programming. While other shops wanted to take my money he was very reasonable. I worked with Mike and it was a such a good experience from the initial first contact until the job was completed. I needed a new a Fob for my Nissan and the dealer price was not affordable. The gentleman that helped me was named mike. I went in with a beautiful keychain from my children but couldnt get my keys on. He not only helped me but did it for free and was so patient with my request. Family owned and operated with pictures of his dad in the shop. He was personable and did a great job of getting my keys to fit by making the hole of the key slightly bigger. A+ all around. HIGHLY recommend! Thanks!

Went in for a key that noone else was able to cut or even had in stock, had mike help me out took all of 5 min got the key made he sprayed a little oil in the key hole on the door and the key worked better than the old one. Best locksmith on the island

I am a disable veteran, and my wife and I randomly walked in to BOBS for service after closing on our house. I am extremely happy with the service provided by BOBS lock smith. Their professionalism and experience is unparalleled. We spent some time in the store picking out a nice set up for our front door. Having issues with the door due to the design, they were committed to finding us a solution so we can get the lock we picked out installed.The owners brother is a Door repairman, he was able to overcome the obstacles we faced with our beautiful door. His service and dedication to fixing our issue has left us speechless. They both stayed in contact with us and never kept us wondering what's next while we waited. I can definitely say we are so thankful we found a wonderful honest family owned establishment which actually cares about their customers to help us when we thought we had run out of options on our beautiful new home.

I went to Bobs because the Fob for my car was not working properly. The button to lock the car was not Functional. The dealer asked $250.00 for a replacement, plus they wanted me to leave the car for the day so that they could program the Fob. I decided to go to Bobs figuring the replacement Fob would cost less, and theyd program it without me losing the car for a day. The gentleman who I saw looked at the counter told me that I did not need a replacement, put a new rubber cover on it, tested it (now working fine), and charged me $20.00, saving me $230.00 plus a day without a car. Have a problem, definitely go to Bobs Locksmith.

Have to say the best service I have ever dealt with, I drive an infinity Q series went to Nissan and they told me the key replacement will cost $465 and $80 for the service change. They also told me a week to two weeks. I work at the island went into Bobs and heard about them so I gave them a try I work in sales so this wasnt a selling scam this was the real deal. They told me 24hrs and they charged me $200 less then what Nissan would do for me and on top of all the savings the people are fantastic amazingly friendly. I dont write reviews but today I had to a big shout to the business and to Mike for all the assistance fast friendly cheap you cant beat this. Mike and bobs locksmith thank you again and I had a good time. THANK YOU GUYS

Im gonna make this short and sweet at Bobs locksmith John the guy that works there with his father-in-law they are the greatest people ever want to meet very friendly very very hard-working I will highly recommend them never in my life have I ever been treated with so much respect and kindness. John Worked on my car because my car keys were lost he found the correct ones he worked on it so hard for two hours to figure out how to make me happy and you want to know what at the end of the day he couldve charged me $500 and he didnt he charged me $190 and programmed my other remote and refused to take a tip that goes to show That we need to support the mom-and-pop shops because they work the hardest and they were very honest great job guys will have all my business and Ill tell all my friends

This place is the old fashioned store front that knows how to treat a customer. Walked in for a padlock key I needed 5 copies made. Not Successful at either True Value or Ace hardware b4 hand. Victory blvd location was out of stock could have it the next day, I needed it today he calls other location and confirmed key stock. Heartland Plaza location man is a total gentleman makes the keys lunes the lock removes some surface rust off the lock. Checks all 5 keys and was totally a friendly nice guy, refreshing in this day in age of remote customer service. Support this local business they deserve it. Hb

I went to Bob's locksmith to get a car key made of my truck because a dealership gave me the run around for 2 weeks it took no more then 15 minutes for him to make a key and program the key. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable he showed me that my vehicle had a auto start was very surprised. I definitely would recommend Bob's to everyone I know thanks guys for helping me out.

Hey, it's a locksmith. Not exciting as far as I'm concerned. I've been here a few times. The young man at the counter made a key for me. He let me leave without paying because he wanted to make sure the key worked. I came back another day of course to pay him but I thought that was really nice. I'd go there again.
