My jaguar xf would not fully turn over. It didn't seem like it was the battery, so, AAA sent Morgan's towing over to tow my car to Dickerson's Auto. Barry (Tow Driver) was checking the gearshift box that will not raise up to put the car in neutral. The ASB and DSC light was on showing other issues. Barry didn't want to mess up the lawn because the driveway was too small. Barry called for another tow truck that was smaller and able to get it out the driveway. Finally Barry tried to jump start and soon as he told me to start the car, it turned on! The ABS and DSC light turn off! Barry said to take it to Dickerson's now while it's running. Barry you are a big help. Thank you for your service! Also Dickerson's said all I needed was a battery! I can deal with that!

Raymond was truly knight in shining armour but it was a white SUV not horse that he came to rescue me. I am embarrassed to say I ran out of gas on I85. Kinda petrified to sit on side of major highway at dusk but he came via AAA almost immediately. He even let me follow him to closest gas station and checked all my fluids to make sure I was safe to get back on my way. Nicest guy and wonderful service

In a unfortunate situation I called Morgans Towing. Marcus came out in the matter of a few minutes. Couldnt be a more professional person. As a trucker myself, I was very impressed with his driving and safe and cautious nature. Hope to never have to use a wrecker again for a while, if Im around Butner area Morgans towing will be my first call.
