We contacted Cape Fear Lock & Key when we got locked out of our new house. Glenn was fast, friendly and professional. He got us into our new house and helped us with our decision to change the locks on the house, so we dont get locked out again. I really appreciated that he was genuinely trying to help us and was not pushing or trying to sell us anything. I will definitely be calling Glenn back when we are ready to change the locks and I would highly recommend Cape Fear Lock & Key for fast, friendly and professional service.

We couldnt get our door to close due to a jammed lock. Glenn not only got it to close again, but also sat on a call with the manufacturer for 30 min+. He got. nothing but an answering machine but called us back with an update after finally getting a hold of them. Glenn also showed us what the issue was with the lock mechanism. We enjoyed his company.

Called on Sunday Afternoon ... they actually answered the phone. The website said 24-hour service. I was certain I would only recieve a leave a message prompt. We scheduled a 9 o clock appointment for this Monday morning. We both arrived at my facility at exactly 9... Extremely prompt. Glen somehow was able to pick and open a very difficult commercial deadbolt... in about 5 minutes time without damaging the actual lock. I am impressed. Absolute first class service. Great customer service!!!!!!!!! I lost the key to my china cabinet. He was able to pick it open and then went out of his way to go to the hardware store to get and install a new lock (bc my husband would never get around to doing it lol) He had to bend the lock appropriately so the lock would slide into the cabinet. Nicest gentleman :) I would recommend him to anyone !!

We were accidentally locked out of our home Saturday morning and contemplated breaking a window to get back in. We reached out to Glenn at Cape Fear Lock and Key and explained our situation. He arrived very quickly for a weekend call and knew exactly what steps where required to unlock the door. For a brand new house, he knew locks extremely well and we were back in within two minutes.
