I rate the service an A+. Their service was outstanding. Returned my calls each time very promptly. Even notified me by phone when they were on the way and the time they should arrive. While on site at my house they took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with info I would have never thought to ask about but was things I needed to know. Very professional , very friendly and exstremly knowledgeable. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend their service. Key/fob works perfectly for my kia and while A1 Key was there I had them make me an emergency key for my Lexus. It works perfectly. Entire process probably took about 30 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

By 11 am, A-1 had come out to show me some options and give me an estimate. By 11 am Wednesday, the job was done and done extremely well. They could not have been more professional. He was rude and stated he has a life, that he is out of town and may could get here by midnight or later. Umm if you say 24 hour service on your ad, that's what we take as the truth.
