Russ is great! I called in regards to some lock options! He gave me an exact price on the phone, had a guy out within 30 minutes after our phone call.. Nick the technician was super nice and had the locks changed in no time!! Great people! Will definitely be using them in the future!!

They have it all! Needed a special vehicle key made. They were the only locksmith in town to have it. $3 later, I had a copy of my vehicle key. The staff here are super knowledgeable about their industry and are happy to help solve your locksmith problems. I wish their hours were more accomodating for someone working a m-f 8 to 5 schedule (or just open a few hours on the weekend) but I will definitely go out of my way to use them when I need them again. Thanks for your help!

They entire team was great but I mostly dealt with Michael. He was so efficient and patient with my son's car, when I would have been throwing parts in the street. He handled the situation extremely professional. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

I had Michael dispatched to me and he was absolutely amazing! It was 32 degrees and freezing rain, car parked on the street so he had to work while kneeling for 3.5 hrs. He was patient and determined. Blake, at the shop was also very nice and friendly. I would recommend these guys for any locksmith needs!

First let me thank the owner for responding to a previous review I posted. I am not one who does reviews but I do read alot of them so I figured I would start giving back and maybe help others to make good choices. It has been a frustrating time for all businesses including ours in the laundry industry. It was out of my character to leave a scathing review and I apologize for it. I have struggled over the years to get good working copies of keys made and that is why I always drive out of my way to go here. Although, I still think it was silly to not be able to get a key made, it does no good to any small business to receive negative reviews. So, again I regret my previous comments and wish nothing but the best for you, your company and all your families.

Forget Minute Key!I needed a single key copied and these guys took care of it in 30 seconds flat! I previously tried a MinuteKey machine and the machine used the wrong key blank. A.B.'s key matches the original perfectly! They're cheaper, faster, friendlier, and way more accurate than the machines - so why bother with anything else?

The best. I drive past other locksmiths on my way to A. B. They make keys that work on the first time and have a great selection of weird Keys like mailbox keys. A friendly knowledgeable staff, hardly ever any wait, and if you need field service they have a fleet of vehicles filled with lock experts.

I made an appt today at 11am, left work to get home on time to meet them, and NO-ONE. I called, and talked to Russ (i think) who said (at 11:20) 'we're just finishing a job and we'll be out there in 20min or so.' No call to me, no communication that they were running late. I complained that if I stood up my client or showed up late for work I would be fired. 'things happen' When i got a little fiesty i was told 'I don't work for you' (i agree, but i believe when I am paying for a service, there is a certain expectation of quality and good communcation). Russ told me 'I'll not be admonished by anyone' When I said I'll find another locksmith he said 'please do!'WOW. Classy. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. FIND ANOTHER LOCKSMITH

Always fast and friendly, I have had many dealings. Even had a hard to match and cut key for a very old boat, they were not 100% sure that it would work, so did not charge me, I was told to pay next visit if key worked. It worked like a charm and I have been back to pay and do more business. I have been going there since it was AB Bike and Lock, My dad bought me a schwin stingray there. Always a pleasure.

Randy was awesome! We bought a new Samsung digital door lock that required tools I don't have to install. We called Larry's Locks first because they were the closest. Big mistake. They said they couldn't install it because our door isn't solid wood. We scheduled A.B. to come out the very next day, and Randy popped it in no problem. A.B. Will definitely be my first call anytime I need a locksmith in the future.

We lost a set of keys which included car and house keys. I made contact with the car dealer to replace the smart key and received an estimate of $300.00. I called A.B. Bonding who said order the key from the internet ($12) once you receive the key call us and scheduled the re programming and cutting of the new key. We will need the existing key, the new key and the car to completed the process. ($90.00 plus tax) I received the replacement key and was at the A B Bonding office in Norwood when they opened. It took about 30 minutes for the car keys, I scheduled the replacement of the house keys, for the afternoon. Randy called about one hour later said he was freed up from another customer and could be here in 20 minutes. He evaluated our locks and made recommendations for key replacement and upgrade of locks. So about 2 1/2 hours later our locks were upgraded and new keys, both car and house completed in 4 hours and for just a few dollars more the the car dealer want for one key. We like these guys, they're very friendly, knowledgeable and fast resolving our security issues.

These reviews seem suspicious. I went in one day with a Kawasaki motorcycle key. Even though they didn't have exactly the right copy, they were able to cut down and modify a key for me that works perfect. I was in and out in only a few minutes. Nice and fast and I use that key regularly.

Recently went here randomly to have keys made for our 1997 Mustang Cobra that were lost Excellent Service very helpful and had proper tools to reprogram the security type lock system on this model and newer vehicles easy to find off Montgomery Rd. with secured area if you would happen to need to leave your vehicle . I was totally mislead and overcharged for them tearing my ignition lock out and not replacing it .. instead I was given a screw driver to start my car with ... how un professional is that ... Im currently trying to negotiate a refund through the BBB .. I will keep everyone posted on how things go!
