I had an issue with my Ford where no keys would program, regardless of what I did. It wouldnt start at all. Had a locksmith previously that couldn't do it. Had one very nice gentleman, Niko, from Acme come out today that couldn't get anything to work either. He ended up calling another Acme locksmith with a different computer, I think Kip, but she said shes been doing this for Acme for four years. She came out and got to working away. Nothing worked so she went with new keys and got things working, which then got my other two keys working somehow too. She was amazing and very nice. Paid quite a bit less than what I was looking at with the dealer and a tow bill. Acme will be the only locksmith I use in this area from now on. Absolutely ecstatic.

If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go! Everyone here is happy to help you, whatever the project may be. One associate even went so far as to look up plants for the light setting I wanted to find one for, and offered to order if it was what I wanted. Bobbi knows more about plants than I do about...well...anything...and she is sweet as can be! Plant lovers...you will find your new favorite place here. Great selection of tropicals, succulents, and pots to put them in, all at REALLY great prices!

Best customer service I've seen in a hardware store. A customer's child had a messy face from eating, so the employee kindly took them to the restroom. The employees were very knowledgeable of house plants that they had....and good prices too.

This is the best company to work with if you need to have new keys made for your car. They arrived on time and was professional and friendly. My car is very old and they were able to make new keys on the spot in less than 30 minutes! I am very impressed with the quality of and service I received today The price was right, too! Don't waste your time trying to find a good locksmith. Just call the best!!

Great staff and good prices. I was surprised to see this place had two whole floors of selection. Free parking in a lot was a plus for being downtown.I got two keys replicated, cost around $5. Fast service. Will return for any future hardware needs.

This place has 2 floors of product to help with almost any project. The workers are friendly and extremely helpful. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because their prices are a little higher than their competitors. It's close to home so we've shopped here many times anyway.

We were stuck in the Cincinnati Museum of Art for a few hours after losing our car key. No other services would offer to help (the 24/7 place isn't 24/7--surprise).Acme Lock sent Jack who was our savior. He made and reprogrammed a new key fob at a very great rate (other places who could only come in the morning were trying to charge us 2-3 times more). Super professional with some light humor, he turned this ordeal around 180 and lowered everybody's nerves. Jack arrived in ~20 minutes, the job was done at the museum parking lot in ~15 minutes, and the new key was perfect and we were on the road in 5 minutes. He also explained what to do and who to contact about updating the basic spare key.

This is the place to go. I see no need to drive out to Lowe's or Home Depot anymore. They have everything, except lumber (which you can get over at Doppes) and they are the epitome of customer service. You don't have to worry about wandering around for 20 minutes trying to find the right section for the stuff you need or even longer to find a person. You walk in and say what you're planning on doing and boom... you're hooked up with the right person. Not to mention the place is bright, clean and well stocked. I'd recommend this place to anybody in the Cincinnati area who needs to fix anything in or outdoors.
