I must say, with the exception of an employee or two that just DO NOT want to be there, this store is convenient and very navigable. The good employees will go out of their way to help you while the others will go out of their way to keep from it. It does not matter what organization, we are all fighting this low or no motivated employees. Happy to have the store in my neighborhood.

The staff at the store is awesome and very friendly. Since the new ownership has taken and new management the ambiance is very welcoming. The guys there will take care of you and go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get the job done.

I would not recommend ANYONE rent a Uhaul at THIS LOCATION. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OF 60.00 AND SOME CHANGE I CLEANED THE TRUCK AND PUT GAS BACK IN IT I ONLY WENT FROM NORWOOD TO HARTWELL AND MY CARD QAS CHARGED 102.00. They tell you one price then charged me 2times as much saying it is the contract. Be careful when you rent a Uhaul here I was not the only person they have done this too. THERE IS 2 SIDES TO THE STORY BUT I THOUGHT I WAS THE CUSTOMER. BAD BUSINESS!!

Every time I have a package sent to this place. Its always to actually get my package. If I have email sent to me that my package is available for pickup then it is. It should be held hostage.

I needed a pack of wire nuts and went to the counter to pay only to be told I'd have to pay a 50 cent surcharge to use my debit card because it was under 5 bucks. I walked out over 50 cents. I've done a lot of business here but but not anymore. Over half a dollar.
