Hired them to bore a hole in my door as I bought a new yale smart lock and it was too large for the previous hole. They charged $100 even to drill the door and install the lock physically, would have charged $50 more to program it but I was happy to do that myself. I was very relieved I called them when I heard all the drilling he was doing to the door and the framing for the new deadbolt that was longer than the older one, the pricing was very reasonable and the worker was very courteous. He couldn't have been here more than an hour and there was no evidence he had been here when he left, as he cleaned the mess from the drilling.He ensured I knew how to take off the cover and replace the batteries. They even called me 3 days before my appointment to say they had an opening and they could do it sooner, within 30 minutes he was at my door. Any locksmith work I have done will be done by this company.

Awesome job repairing an old antique lock set. They only replaced the cylinder of the lock to allow the antique handle and deadbolt to remain in service. Exactly what I wanted. Technician was very knowledgeable and repair was done very timely. Couldn't ask for better service!!!

The Flying Locksmiths team in Cincinnati are amazing to work with. I was looking for a keyless entry system but wasn't exactly sure what to get. Josh gave me a call and spent time talking to me about options (pro/cons) and after that sent me some option via email. We got the appointment scheduled for the following week and boom, Mike was here installing my new lock that works well and was exactly what I was looking for. I will use them again for sure!

Needed 2 old doors at the firehouse to close on their own and be airtight. One of these doors was almost 80 years old. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very helpful. The experience was terrific from the quote to the completion. The technician was on time and worked hard to get everything done quickly and properly. the flying locksmiths did a fantastic job for us! they were friendly, professional, helpful and quick to respond. after emailing them an image of the damage, they were able to swiftly send us back a quote. once we decided to go ahead w/ the repair, we received a second email informing of us which employee was en route along w/ an image of said employee, which we were extremely impressed by. upon arrival, he was able to complete the job in a short span of time and our door handle was good as new! soon thereafter we were emailed our invoice -- the electronic nature of all their communication was super helpful for us to pass along to our home office. should we need door / lock repair in the future, the flying locksmiths will be the first place we call!

I highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths! They were very friendly, fast and efficient! They provided me a quote upfront with itemized pricing, and the bill was actually a little bit less when they completed the service since there was one item they quoted for that I chose not to utilize. They communicated with me throughout the process, initially to return my call within the hour to provide me the quote and then when the technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The technician was prompt in his arrival and finished the job quickly. He was patient and kind in answering all my questions and created a great overall experience. From the first conversation on the phone with Josh explaining our situation (trying to save a 100 year old door but raising the height of the handle and installing a keyless entry) to Mike working really hard and make our door look awesome, I can not recommend them enough. They were patient with my questions and gave us advice on feedback on how best to repair the old doors and even programmed our key pad (something we couldve easily done), we felt very much taken care of and will absolutely use them again!

Fast, affordable, friendly service! We have file cabinets that are 20+ years old with broken locks/missing keys and was on the verge of throwing them out and purchasing new. Terrific service from beginning to end. I bought a slightly used tool cabinet and when I got it home it wouldnt unlock. My experience with Josh and The Flying Locksmiths was an excellent one. I live in an old house with old doors and locks. Josh worked with me for an extended amount of time, deciding the knob replacement that would be best for my situation. We just purchased a new home and wanted the locks changed quickly.From the start it was a great experience. I explained my situation on the phone and they had caring and intelligent advice. Fair pricing. We had three vendors in the house at the same time, but our locksmith was professional and needed very little direction. We paid for the job using a credit card and the locksmith was able to run the card using a plug-in to his smartphone. All in all, we needed someone who 'had been there before' and could get the job done quickly. The Flying Locksmiths were perfect.

Josh and Mike were super helpful, friendly and able to work around my schedule. I live in a house that was built in 1929, so when the original front door knob and lock broke (literally fell off in my hand) I knew it was going to be difficult and expensive to find a replacement. The Flying Locksmiths were able to fix the broken hardware at a low cost and got the job done quickly. Hopefully no other original knobs or locks break in the house, but I know if they do, I have a great go-to locksmith that will be able to fix them! Great work!

I hear their ads on NPR all the time so when I needed a locksmith at my store I thought of them. The lock on the front door was going bad and it was getting harder and harder to lock and unlock the front door. When we set the appointment up I let them know how urgent it was. They stood up 3 appointments in a row. After each time they didnt show up I had to call them to reschedule. After the third time I called another company, who showed up the same day. I would not recommend the Flying Locksmith at all
