My car was stuck in a parking garage with a lost key fob. The dealership tells me I have to tow it to them to program a key, its the only way. Tow truck cant get into the garage. What am I supposed to do? Call Manny! He shows up quicker than expected, programs a new key when it couldnt be done, and does it for much cheaper than expected. These guys are reliable, professional and do it for the low. Cant recommend enough!! 5 stars!!

What an incredible experience. I had family in town from out of state. They lost the keys to their car while we were in the Short North. After giving up on finding the keys, we called AAA. AAA recommended these guys and we were not disappointed. Not only did they arrive quick they assured us that they would make sure we were taken care of and safe. They were very polite and respectful to my older Aunt (Owner of the car). Very customer service focused. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your lock and emergency service needs!

if i could put zero stars i would. showed up 3 hours late, said that a handle needed to be replaced so I asked him to do it, he said no it will be fine as it is. (that was very confusing) then when he demonstrated how the lock works, he couldn't get it to work. after more then one fumbled attempted he would get it to lock, then he left. Of course the repair didn't work and I'm sitting waiting for another locksmith to arrive and fix it as Gold isn't open to fix the problem.

Very rude staff. Cutting ppl off, trying to overcharge and need trained on customer service. Because the people skills are not there. If you have other options do seek another locksmith company. Disrespecting the elderly is a big no no ! -5 stars

Absolutely amazing service. These guys went above and beyond when they really didn't have to. I lost my keys and they overnighted keys to their shop. They refused to charge me when they couldn't make it work. (My cars fault) They even requested an update on if/when my car gets fixed. I'm not a car person and it was really really nice to know I could trust the guys at Gold's locksmith.
