First time visit to get keys made for a deadbolt. The owner answered and told me cost over phone and let me know he was there until 5pm. I made my way over and he was very personable and professional. While he made the keys we talked about growing up in Toledo area and his music band. Great convo and very pleased with the work in making the keys.

The men here treated me very nicely and they helped me get what I needed I needed an extra set of keys made for my car, they looked up some information made a key, tested it out and I was good to go... P.s. your car has to be there for them to make a copy of your keys.

Went to them for an issue with my safe. He had it unlocked in under 2 minutes and had a key cut for it in under 5 minutes. Had some nice conversation for the short time I was there as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for fast, convenient and courteous service. The price was reasonable as well.

Always helpful. Courteous and fair. Have had them rekey or repair locks over 50 years old. Knowledgeable reliable. If I have a job across town I usually drive to them. Please don't waste your time getting duplicate keys from automatic key machines. They work for awhile but nobody wants to drive to the store make a key and then find out it doesn't work the lock.
