I do not know anyone that would of been that honest which is why I tipped him. He was also the only company who answered the phone thats 24 hours on a Saturday evening. Dont waste your time with any other locksmith in Toledo, there is a reason for so many positive reviews!! Our house key was stuck in our front door and we spent what felt like hours trying to get it out. We brought the door knob to Don, and it was like he performed a magic trick. Within seconds of having it in his hands he pulled the key right out! Although this mightve not required a locksmith we were VERY grateful for his attentiveness and communication. This all happened on a Sunday, when most companies are closed, so theres another positive thing! As I said, I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

We decided to install a new lock late at night, but when push came to shove couldnt do it with the limited light we were afforded.
