I went 3 mths. ago looking to have a key made for a GL Komatsu fork lift (with no original key) both gentlemen went out of their way to assist. Researching via internet, and trying a multitude of keys on hand to attempt to match. Thank you for your perseverance, and professionalism!!!

All I had was a photo of the cabinet lock that I wanted a key made for. He looked it over, did some research, found the correct key blank and made a perfect key. I'm going back to get three more keys made. This guy is a true Locksmith. I will definitely use him again.

A lady said the man who does key work was gone. If he is a good guy he shouldn't allow the lady to EVER answer his phone. She answered hello and was rude and I asked a question and she hung up. So key guy, if you want more business it's wisdom to answer your own calls. I needed a magnetic key made which is like a 200 bucks sale for you.

Called to get a price on having a key cut. Lady tells me that 'he' is out on a call and to call back later. I asked if I could just leave my number for him to call when he gets a chance. Her reply... 'I don't have a pen or pencil so you're just gonna have to keep calling back'. Wasn't very friendly either. Absolute terrible customer service.
