Our 2008 Altima SE experienced some 'DEBRIS ON THE TRACK' as my wife was on her way home from work. Called Orr Nissan I-240 & Shields and Kem (Service Advisor) refered me to Barnes Wrecker Service. Jayson (Wrecker Operator) showed up at our home promptly and explained the process of loading our vehicle on his truck. Really was impressed with Jayson's attention to detail when preparing our car for removal. No driveway scratches and that is something I thought was also very impressive. Jayson had a great attitude and I could tell he really enjoyed his job and the company he represents. Thanks again! - JA

Jaysen was there to help us when my son's car overheated and wouldn't start on a rainy cold night on 13th of March right off the I-40 & Scott St. exit. He was there in a matter of minutes, had us sit in our other vehicle while he hooked up & tied the car down, then we followed him to the mechanic's shop to unload. Very professional, great attitude even in the nasty weather & the price was definitely fair to get our vehicle to a safe place. I really appreciate his work ethic, thanks for your help! TC Jones

Technician Bill Howard came to my facility to tow an abandoned vehicle. He was extremely polite and helpful to taking care of this for us. Very refreshing having such a good attitude with his customer experience interaction. I do not come across this often. I foresee we will be using him and his company many times to come.

Yesterday my son found himself sideways in a ditch on the side of a road, the back of the car hanging off a steep embankment. Flat tire, rim half off and bent. (Yep, trying a turn at 70mph) . We called Barnes and they were there in less than 15 minutes. Trevor arrived. He was quick to latch up the car, position his truck in such a way that as my son steered, and used the brake with his direction, the car was pulled out without any further damage. Upon our arrival at the tire shop, Trevor agreed that if the rim was filed, we did not need another. Air put in the tire once reapplied and the cost was nothing more than our rescue!

-----It wasnt my personal experience, but a buddy of mine whom is right here. (Hes old, and tech-illiterate) His words verbatim-- The driver, Lewis was very Punctual, Proffessional, and Helpful. His equipment was top of the line, as was his knowledge of his truck. One look at the Rig, and i knew my vehicle was in good hands. Once delivered to the house, i told him he could place it in the street, and i would figure out later how to get into the shop in the backyard. He looks over, then says, 'if you want it back there, i can get it back there for ya.' And he did. Set my truck down in the exact spot i needed it.Saved me a ton of pushing. (No pun intended) I would, do and will continue to highly recommend Barnes Wrecker Service. But dont take my word for it, call them and see for yourself. Thanks again Lewis DM

I rolled my tractor on it's side in the middle of a field. I called and advised the lady on the phone I was approximately 300 yards (900ft) from the gravel road and would need a one ton with a winch to get back there to give me a pull. She advised she would send the 'big truck' because it 'has a lot of cable.' When the driver arrived, he was very friendly, he walked back to the tractor and tried to figure out a way to get me back on all fours. The gentleman advised he only has 500 feet of cable and would not be able to reach me. I asked him about a one-ton truck and he said he wouldn't bring it out because it might get stuck. He apologized for not being able to help me and then said it would be $65 for him to come out. Stay away from this company as they can not do simply math and will take your money for their incompetency.

Great fast & friendly service. John was very friendly and was an absolute pro with his equipment. I thought it would be difficult to put my vehicle in the spot I wanted it, but he dropped it in there effortlessly. I will definitely use these guys again if I ever need a tow. Highly recommended.

Awesome service. I called them to pull my car out of a ditch last winter and they were there in 5 minutes! They have also come to my rescue for a flat tire, twice! Love their office lady, I think her name was Christie... she was awesome, super sweet, and very entertaining if youre waiting on a service.

I called this shop and was asking what it would cost to have my car towed. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very short in her responses. She sounded as if me calling asking for a tow was an inconvenience for her. I felt that if this is the type of service Im getting during a phone call. Im afraid of the type of service I will get once they arrive. I chose not to go with Barnes Wrecker Service.Im sorry if me calling your towing company is an inconvenience, but I have a broken down car Im needing to get towed and repaired. I dont have time or patience to deal with poor customer service.
