Both stores are closed .I wasted an hour of my life for nothing.After driving all the way to Midwest city turned out there is a shoe store at that location then I drove to their other store then I see for rent sign and the store is empty.Dont waste your time !!

Quick and friendly when cutting a simple Honda key to just unlock my car door. They have store front hours for just cutting keys, but are open 24/7 to unlock you in an emergency.

First Id like to say I have no clue how this business isnt rated 5 of 5 stars.The guy answered the phone in seconds, he then arrived in minutes, and had the door unlocked in seconds. Professional, friendly, on time, and good price.Theres literally nothing to complain about.

I called this company because I was locked out of my apartment and I was very stressed because I had my one year old with me and I needed help fast. They were easy to talk to on the phone and willing to be at my apartment immediately. They are also open 24 hrs which is comforting. Definitely going to use them in the future when I need too & I am comforted to know that I can.

'Doesn't have voice-mailbox set up yet'..... great way to meet new customers. When I did get through, guy said he'd call back after he checked with his boss if he could replace a simple spring in a door knob assembly..... still waiting. AVOID.

Doesnt stand behind their work and then they wont reyurn your call if there is an issue. I had this company come program a new key which was the wrong key to begin with. Key stopped working and wanted to charge me another 250 to program it again within 4 months.

Terrible service !! I drove all the way to their address and I found a church instead of a locksmith store . then I called and they said we are no longer at this location And that I have to drive back to Oklahoma City to get a copy made. After driving all the way to the other store it was closed .

This guy was awesome I work at a hotel we walked out of our breakfast kitchen myself in front desk manager have called more than a handful locksmiths that say they're open 24 hours not a single one answered he was my last call he answered after the third ring and he was here in a reasonable amount of time very pleased with him

Call the number said it would be about 10min for the guy to get there. Got there maybe less than 3 minutes at the braums on Broadway. Got it done in 30seconds was able to make it back to work after lunch. The guy that help me his name was Noam really great guy very nice. Highly recomend Noam and the service he was able to provide.

I brought him two door lock cylinders for a right hand drive truck I purchased for a marketing vehicle for my business and he had them rekeyed to the same key in under 20 minutes. I feel like I was just price gouged! The guy showed up 30 minutes after they said they were going to my dog was stuck in my car with the heater on full blast, windows rolled up! then when he got there he, looked at me and said do you have any money? People say they do but in their cards dont go through After I assured him I did he stuck a little bag in the top of my door aired it up put a little rode through my door and unlocked it, took him less than 30 seconds and he charged me $65!!!!! then told me when I told him that was a lot that he gave me a discount and it shouldve been 80$.. very rude!!

I had a key stuck in my ignition. The gentleman that spoke with me on the phone sat in driver's seat and played with the key. He said his car has the same problem and told me there is a cable that is loose. He shoved the shift lever forward and the key came out! This was five minutes after they closed and he did not charge me a penny. This guy was very open and honest, if I have a problem with a lock of some sort in the future I will most definitely return.

Not impressed with the company at all. The website has an old address which I drove to so that started the experience on a unprofessional note. When I told them what the problem was they gave me an ungodly estimate over $400. Got a second opinion from another locksmith and he fixed the problem for only $175 including the new key. Wouldn't recommend this company.

I brought in my own key to get the transponder programed They charged me 2 dollars to cut the key I brought in. How come my key I brought in cost more to cut that actually buying a key from them to get cut? How does that make sense? I had to wait around almost 2 hours to get the key programmed because apparently only one person who works there knows how to program transponder keys. Which is a thing of the present. Pretty much every car now days has one, so why wouldn't you have everyone working there know how and have the equipment to program such remotes. (Especially when you claim you can). I was never told I needed to make an appointment to schedule a key to be made when I contacted them.Then once they got the key programmed they came out to tell me my remotes buttons were faulty and they couldn't get them to be programmed. They charged me 10 dollars more than what I was told when I contacted them a few days before. They didn't even do all the programming. Not impressed. They explained to me my remote was faulty or my car, so I need to return my key or go to the dealer. Really?? FYI: I took the key home and programmed the remote buttons on my own in less than 2 minutes. Not impressed guys. Didn't get an apology for the wait or the fact that they weren't capable of doing the whole job themselves, only excuses. Stay away from this place. There more capable locksmiths out there. I would never go back. It is ridiculous to have customers waiting that long and not get some sort of apology for wasting their time.
