Called before I went in for Keyless remote for my vehicle as I was told they have. I got there and was told he needed to order it because they didn't have it. I asked when will they have it. He said it won't take long I can get it today when the other worker ( the lady) go pick it up from other store. I told them ok I need to go pick up my child at school and I be back.He asked for down payment $20 and he'll call me when they have it in and ready. Well didnt get the call back. I did called them and he said he have to order online so it'll be next day to get me a remote key.. I told them nevermind I want it today as you did said. I'll come by and pick up my money. No no no he said 'thats not how it work here. U ordered it and I cant have the it here no use..you not getting your money. Bye' That was it. No key no refund. I got screwed.

I called ahead to ask of they could make a certain kind of key. They said on the phone they could. When I arrived they were rude and acted like I was stupid for wanting them to make a key. I took my key and left because I didn't care to spend my money at a place who looks at customers in a condescending way. It's OK if you don't know how to do something, but there is no need to treat the customer like a fool.
