Very professional and on time. However, not having set prices on the website and an incomplete online quote were both a little annoying. I had 4 locks re-keyed. After the work was done I was surprised by the final price and obligated to pay the bill. Thank you for the work but next time it will be easier and cheaper for me to purchase and install completely new deadbolts and door knobs.

I have used Okey Locksmith two times, once for our commercial glass entry doors and also when one of our kids lost their key fob remote for their car. I locked myself out of the house. We live on a relatively new subdivision area and are always telling workers where the house is located as it doesnt seem to be on gps. Even though we have solid cross streets that are very easily on any map or gps.....THEY WOULD NOT COME TO THE HOUSE SINCE THE SPECIFIC ADDRESS WAS NOT ON GPS!!!That is just not meeting a specific need of a customer.....I'm just shaking my head still.....basically didnt want to come out on a Saturday night

If I could give this place Zero stars I would very bad customer service and horrible pricing they tell me 45 one day and came out with 90 the next day. I was sitting there for a while before I was help or addressed. I would definitely recommend (Security Lock Service) instead of this place.

This place has very bad service. I ordered a key 3 days ago and the whole order came out wrong An employee started honking at me and told me to park right because he didn't like the way i park, but they dont even have parking lines. (They made me lose 1 hour and 30 minutes)

Worlds juciest Tik toks

Called on Friday, was quoted price far below competitors. Called back Saturday morning to have someone come out to our house and have my husbands truck re-keyed. They showed up on time and were very polite and kind. Did a stellar job for the exact price quoted and in the rain no less. Will always use Okey Locksmith for any locksmith needs for home or vehicles. Thanks you guys, you rock!!!!

Please save yourself. Do not contact Okey Locksmith. They took advantage of my neighbor who left everything in his car including cellphone, wallet, and keys. So i thought id help him out because he is handicap. When i saw that they arrived i left back to my apartment thinking he was in good hands since they would be opening up his car and my neighbor would be able to go on with his day. But No, after an hour he came knocking to my door telling me that they wanted to charge him 180$ but when they opened his wallet they only found 80$. They then put him in their car and drove him to a ATM so he can withdrawal more cash and they told him they wouldn't leave until they got all the money.I cant imagine what my neighbor went through, he's a young kid who isn't able to speak up and scared of a fly. They then dropped him off and took his wallet. When my neighbor came into my room and told me all of this i called the Okey locksmith directly, and the manager said they took the wallet on accident and we would have to go pick it up somewhere far from us. Okey locksmith is a scam, fraud, and thieves. They will charge you triple from what they told you over the phone.

I haven't had a lot of interaction with any locksmith so was expecting the worst. However these guys are fantastic. Fast efficient and affordable, they came to my house and made a new car key efficient and affordable, they came to my house and made a new car key because we had lost the only one we had. Then took several different exterior deadbolt box and put them all on the same key. Very cool and we are very grateful. I will definitely use them again in the future whenever I need another locksmith.
