They will lie to you. After you wait 4-2 hours. Tell you that the manager will call you at a certain time. He does not. When You do talk to him on the phone. Your told there's nothing he can do. I got hung up on. Very unprofessional. I have never experienced such unprofessional from a well (known company. That was highly recommended. Very dissatisfied. I wouldn't give them one star if it would let me.

I believe my technicians name was Reggie and he was awesome. Very friendly, professional, and unlocked my truck in a matter of seconds. Not only that but he was at my house within 10 minutes from me calling in. I was prepared to have to pay over $100 to get my truck unlocked and it was a 1/3 of that. I couldnt be happier with the experience!!

My battery died as I was waiting for my daughter to get her wisdom teeth taken out. The technician was here within 10 minutes of talking to my insurance company. The technician hooked up my battery to a charger for three minutes told me to start it and it worked! It was so quick!! The technician was very courteous and I really appreciated the speed!

In the past i used Pop-a-lock, no problem what so ever. Until Sunday April 27, 2020. I called, they sent someone out quickly. Serviceman's exact words: 'you seriously had to call on my day off?', I replied 'you don't have to come, you can leave.' I guess he decided to stay at the job 'whats the problem?' I answered. 'the lock is turning but not opening.' he answered 'hmmm let me see, yeah i cant do this job. I have to call someone else. I'll call the office and they can send someone else out.' I replied 'what do i do then?' 'they will call you.' and proceeded to drive off. Finally, to top everything off the serviceman smelled horribly like weed. I could not stand next to him at all because of how bad he smelled like weed.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car recently. I called Pock-A-Lock and they showed up in less than ten minutes! Not only did they show up quickly but it was also very affordable! Theres nothing like having to be out a good chunk of money for a small inconvenience! I highly recommend them!

I was traveling. I knew no one in Tulsa and I locked my keys in my car! Uuuugh-On a Saturday evening, memorial weekend. Every locksmith I called said that they were closed or too far away to help me. I was trying not to cry.One guy suggested I call pop-a-lock, I had never heard of them. Google did not pull them up when I typed in locksmith, neither did Siri. (Shame on google & Siri!) It took me a min to find a number for pop-a-lock. Once I found the number and called a guy was there to help me out in less than 15 min! $44 (or something close to that). I was beyond GRATEFUL and happy to pay!Every city needs pop-a-lock!!!

4 stars given because my first attempt at getting a new key fob for my car was cancelled. I found that out when I called back three days later. I was able to get service the next day. However, the technician that called me lacked good phone etiquette with me. When he showed up to my house he did not greet me after I greeted him. Turns out it was because he was on the phone, and stayed on the phone the whole time. When I tried to pay with a check, he said they didnt take checks. Again, information I tried to ask on the initial phone call we had but he hung up so quickly. I did not catch his name, because he did not introduce himself to me at no time during our interaction.My key fob works beautifully, great product and affordable at $85. But, I did not enjoy my experience.

The call center ladies did not listen to what services I needed. I needed my car to be unlocked and a locksmith to make a new key... AND I know they weren't listening because they gave the kind Pop a Lock locksmith the wrong address. I don't mind paying him BUT I probably won't be calling this company again. The fact that they didn't apologize for their mistake and instead trying to save themselves is straight up disrespectful. Pop a Lock is the first company that pops into my head(no pun intended) when me or my friends and family are in need. Pop a Lock? More like, I'm about to Pop off!

Great service when my car was broken into on Christmas Eve.The guy was kind and understanding while I was freaking out on the inside... I even lost my phone RIGHT after he left, and I called the dispatcher to have him call me.He called and was actually able to help me remember that I had gotten into the car with it, and I found it under the driver's seat up against the console....It made what had been one of the worst days that I'd had in a LONG time just a little bit easier to handle.THANKS POP-A-LOCK!You have a loyal customer for life!

I called, they gave me a price, the guy showed up in a timely manner, he charged a higher price than quoted on the phone. I paid it and asked for a receipt, he said he would e-mail it. The receipt was for the amount quoted on the phone, not what he charged and what I paid. If they hadnt cheated a disabled person (me) it would have been 5 stars

Ive been moving apartments all day, exhausted, when I hit a pothole and pop my tire. Marcus was luckily close to my location. He didnt do nothen but tell me my spare was missing, and put air in my tire with my air compressor. It was flat again before he pulled off. What's the use of haveing him show up if he cant take the tire off and fix or plug it.

Although he did take the full 30 minutes to get there he made up for it for his quick as he got in our vehicle he was probably there less than 60 seconds before he had our vehicle unlocked that was worth the 30 minute wait that we were told would probably be the time frame I wish I would have got that guy's name that dude was awesome we were in Owasso even said tall slender black gentleman very friendly very courteous very professional an extremely awesome I would recommend him to anyone

Paid $235 to have a VW key made for my daughter's VW bug and installed by Pop-A-Lock. 4 months later, and several problems with the car not starting, it turns out the key was the problem all along. Called Pop-A-Lock to ask about the warranty on the key because VW offers a one year warranty on their keys and they very rudely informed us twice ( my daughter called and my husband called) that they only offer a 30 day warranty. Absolutely no concern for customer service or even being polite! Looks like there's a good chance that they didn't even order the factory authorized key as they represented that they had. We've used Pop-A-Lock several times in the past and have always been pleased, but this definitely changes our minds. Just Wish someone at Pop-A-Lock cared how they treat customers after they've been paid!

Pop-A-Lock used to unlock tour car for free if you have babies, toddlers, or pets. Well not anymore, I have no wallet or cash on me and they wont unlock my car which has my Boston Terrier in it in 30 degree weather! Yes, I made a mistake but you are are heartless when you can help and just choose not to help your fellow man. I would have even brought you cash after the fact. Wow. Just wow.

I had to call pop-a-lock to come out and unlock a door in my house and I was very satisfied with my service. They were quick to get out to me and it only took them a few minutes to get the door opened without any damage to the door or lock. They quoted me $60 and thats what it ended up costing. Hopefully I wont need to call them again, but if I need a locksmith again theyll be who I call.

I called pop-a-lock tulsa to come out and rekey my locks. He did not call to make an appointment, he just showed up out of the blue. The locks worked perfectly before he did the job and now I have locks that do not work. Pop-a-lock refuses to make it right. He said my lock was defective. The lock was not defective before he arrived. I hope this doesnt ever happen to anyone else. I am out a great deal of money and now have locks that do not work at all.
