Although the charge was a bit high, the customer service and wait time was amazing. Got locked out my car, Tony arrived within 30 minutes and the whole process didnt even last more then 10 minutes which alleviated my stress and allowed me to go back and enjoy my time. Would recommend to anyone who is in a jam.

I got there service a couple weeks ago and they gave me the wrong key for my car I called them back to let them know and they told me my information was not on file. Even after me telling them I had the screen shot of them texting me the technician was on his way to my house. They then blocked my number and told me they couldnt do nothing for me.

Don't use this company. The person they sent was very condescending. They overpriced the job that they did for me without explanation, and someone working for them stole my credit card information. To add insult to injury, my bank reversed the claim that I made, giving them back the money that they stole from me, despite my having written proof that they did me wrong. They are thieves. I can prove it. And I'm not going to stop until I get my money back for good.Added after response from Liberty Locksmith: Since you asked me so nicely, I will absolutely get the police involved if the bank doesn't return my money. Like I said, I have proof that it was YOUR company that stole from me. Now, YOU have a blessed day.

174 dollars to install deadbolt. Plate where bolt enters was loose. Had to tighten myself. Could not tighten other doorknobs. Left a mess of wood shavings. Never bothered to offer to clean up. Wont call them again.

This business is the best locksmith company in philadelphia! The person i spoke with over the phone, personally, came down to come help me out when i was locked out of my car. He was super friendly and the price was extremely fair and the best service i have ever received. He said he would be at my location in 20 minutes and came in 15! This is my first review for any business of any sort and i wanted to make sure they got a 5 star rating because he/they deserved it! These guys are life savers!!! While packing my bags in my car I locked my keys in the trunk. I called them in a panic and they were at my house opening my car with HALF AN HOUR.
