I needed a battery for my boat with a minimum of 1000 marine cranking amps. When I called the store the person I talked to didnt know what marine cranking amps were. After I explained it (battery experts?) I was able to purchase a battery from the store. It seems like a good battery and the price was comparable. The battery has a $20 mail in rebate which can be done online. Im finding it nearly impossible to apply for the rebate online. You would think this would be a simple process. Im sure they make this difficult on purpose. Good battery but a bad experience.

Had a very difficult car battery to replace. First off, got a pretty good price on the battery. Secondly and much more importantly, Patrick was intent on making sure the replacement was done correctly. It was freezing outside and Patrick continued to work hard to get the previous battery out. It was very difficult but in the end, it happened. I was and am very appreciative. Patrick absolutely went above and beyond. This experience absolutely makes me think about Batteries Plus Bulbs FIRST the next time I need something. Fantastic!

Not helpful AT ALL. Simple question on the phone. Do you have....model number, voltage, amp hours. Reply, YES. Price $69. Drive 25 minutes ro get there. I'm here for.... welll, we have this, it's close. It will work. And it's$10 more than stated on phone. IT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I DIDN'T STUTTER. A battery replacement for my perfectly working Note8 cost $70 installed. Much cheaper than buying a new phone due to a decrease in battery performance. This place can get pretty busy so be patient and try and schedule an appointment. Online appointments will get a $10 discount (at time of this review) Phone repair, bulbs and batteries, key fob replacement... it's what they do.

Quick service with a smile! You can find many obscure products (like my ac/dc plug in converter) that no one else carries. I would have had to wait as long as 2 weeks for Amazon to ship, but this was ready for immediate sale and pickup. strongly recommend you check out for anything battery related.

I needed new batteries for my golf cart. I ordered them on line that morning. I received my email that my order was ready for pickup. When I got there, the staff was friendly. Seemed to take a bit getting my order, don't know if it truly was ready waited about 5 to 10 minutes for the sales person came from the back with my order. Never asked for ID or CC used in transaction. Since I had purchased over $500 in batteries, in this day and age anyone scanning the web could have walked in and been me. Scary because I purchased with my debit card. Overall thought the staff was friendly. Asked if I could turn my truck around to load in. Not an issue. Though clearly there was a ramp that he could have brought around my vehicle back. I thought the strap he used to load the batteries in was going to be thrown in for the sizable purchase. Which mind you would have made it so much easier for my boyfriend to switch out the batteries in such a tight area under the seat. It would have helped with the smashing of his fingers dropping in the batteries into place since there is in some cases barely an inch between the batteries. I Would use the store again. Not conveniently close to where I live. It was an hour commute, but on the way to our campsite for the weekend. Now with returning the cores will have to load them in without getting the acid on us. Pro: Friendly staff. Great product line. Con: Should provide a battery strap to customers getting large heavy batteries. I'm sure the cost is less than a bottle of soda. And when ordering golf cart batteries normally need 6 of them. I purchased 4 since already had 2 new ones. Not sure if they install car batteries, they would have found out not easy to do without it. Waiting time a bit since ordered on line and the name should have been familiar with them. Since I ordered them 2 hours before serving. Not asking for ID.

Terrible customer service. I was in the store on Thursday to have a key made. I was told the guy who does that isnt here and was asked to return on Monday between 9 and three. I left with early Monday and was there around 1. Once again was told the guy wasnt there. I reminded the staff I was told to be here at this time. They said if Id wait a while they call me when the guy arrived. Two hours (wasted) lately they called and said I could drive to the Harrisburg store to have it done today, but the guy wasnt coming in. Never again

I went in to get my screen replaced iPhone 8 because it was cracked and they replaced my battery for 1/2 off when I got my screen replaced and they gave me my phone back with a broken home button ,broken top speaker and the battery was dying at 50% so I dont recommend going to them for any phone repair its a waist of 180$ and I asked my money back and they said well well ship it to are head quarters in Dallas Texas and it would take a week so I would be without a phone for a week so they are really bad at customer service and taking care of the customer even when you spend that kind of money
