Actually, Dr. Auto Lock saved me three times !!!... first in the mall parking lot during Christmas rush hours, downtown Erie in the early morning, and at lunchtime right before a big meeting. Every time I need Dr. Auto Lock, I received quick / courteous service, professionalism and even got to watch him make me a spare key on the spot (no charge). I dont always need professional help,... but when I do, I call Dr Auto Lock !!!

Lost the key and fob to my vehicle. This was a chip key; when I called the dealership I was told Id have to flat-bed it there and wait a couple days for the appointment. I called Auto Lock late on a Sunday afternoon and within the hour the technician unlocked the car and created a chip key on site. Very fast service and all in about $300. Im extremely happy with this company and how my request was handled. Id highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast service from a knowledgeable/experienced crew. Thanks for everything, Dr Auto Lock team!

Should have been my first call. I needed someone to come to my house and change the locks. After spending almost an entire day waiting for a different company to arrive (they never did) I called this business. He was fast, professional, and even fixed the closer on my storm door. Very happy with the service I recieved.

Never had hime do any work. I guess the reason was , I called and asked if he could re-key some house locks without the keys and he was rude, abrupt and told me, 'he would charge me $100.00 each lock and I shoiuld just go buy new locks because it would be cheaper'. if he doesnt want to do it, just say it. Don't push away customers with your rudeness. I couldn't imagine dealing with him. BTW, two other locksmiths said it would be 10.00 to 13.00/per lock. I guess Dr. Auto has enough work with his 24 hour business.

They do not make keys for any 2004 & up Jaguar Models so save your time calling if you have a tibbe type of key that needs to be cut. Best bet is to go to a dealership 2 hours away.

Very uneducated threatening to sue me if I leave this negative review! Had to drill a lock that I personally opened multiple times with a credit card! Do not trust this person they ruin your equipment and leave you without a door knob!!!
